Epsom Man Arrested On Negligent Driving Charge After Crash: Log

CONCORD, NH — Amanda C. Dinger, born 1986, of Lincoln, received a summons at 12:28 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2019, on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Rite Aid on South Street.

Zachary Ryan Mullen, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 4:24 a.m. on Dec. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident on Sexton Avenue and criminal mischief and breach of bail charges. The breach of bail charge, according to an affidavit, was from an incident around 3 a.m. on Oct. 22 after an officer was sent to the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of two people loitering. The officer spoke to a woman and Mullen. After a check, it was revealed that Mullen's bail conditions required him to not be with the woman but they were moved along. On Oct. 24, the officer double-checked the bail conditions with Concord District Court and confirmed that it was active and issued a warrant against Mullen. On Nov. 6, around 8:15 a.m., officers were sent to Iron Works Road for a past tense domestic incident, according to a second affidavit. The same woman from the store incident accused Mullen of appearing at her home, knocking on the door, and demanding property that was his. The affidavit stated she told the officer she closed the door on him while asking him to leave saying she didn't have any of his belongings. She then accused Mullen of walking toward an attached garage, picking up a window squeegee, and smashing one of the windows. He reportedly then fled the area on his mountain bike. A warrant was issued for his arrest later that day.

Randall Alan Hamilton, born 1990, of Fremont, was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Dec. 19 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on North State Street.

Kyle William Lavallee, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on Dec. 17 on felony burglary, felony theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,501+, and criminal mischief charges. He was arrested after an incident at the former Concord Parks and Recreation Department building at White Park.

Arthur L. Shaver, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Dec. 16 on a criminal mischief charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

David J. Dobe, born 1964, of Epsom, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Dec. 15 on negligent driving and conduct after accident charges on Sheep Davis Road near the Agway.

Kenneth F. Brunelle, born 1964, of Concord, was arrested on two criminal mischief charges.

Samantha Hilton, born 1994, of Pembroke, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Dec. 12 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on River Road.
