Concord Woman Indicted On Allenstown Child Sexual Assault Charge: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Carlos Garcia, 46, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Oct. 28, 2022, in Concord.

Nicole M. Gelinas, 28, of Main Street in Hooksett on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving in Hooksett on Nov. 12, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Zachary M. Gilbert, 34, of Portland Street in Rochester on two reckless conduct and three felon in possession charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 3A recklessly, more than posted speeds, and into oncoming traffic on Oct. 22, 2022, in Bow. Gilbert was accused of possessing a flintlock pistol and two knives.

Stephanie Goudreault, 28, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. She was accused of a pattern of sexually assaulting a child between Aug. 1, 2010, and June 19, 2015, in Allenstown.

Joseph Grasso, 34, of North Endicott Street in Laconia on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of clonazepam-subsequent charges, all felonies, in Bow on March 12, 2021.

Lydia Haas, 34, of Cross Road in Goshen on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and xylazine mix, charges on May 9, 2022, in Henniker.

Matthew A. Hart, 39, of Ledgewood Lane in Ashland on two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of wrong-way driving and nearly striking other vehicles, including a state trooper cruiser, on Interstate 89 in New London on July 12, 2022.

Jennifer Healy, 42, of East Dunbarton Road in Goffstown on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges on Oct. 27, 2022, in Henniker.

Kelly Hescock, 43, of Reynolds Drive in Brattleboro, Vermont, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, MDMA, gabapentin, and LSD, charges, on Oct. 2, 2022, in Hopkinton.

Daniel A. Hill, 41, of River Street in Franklin on possession of amphetamine and possession of methylphenidate charges, both felonies, on Sept. 25, 2022, in Franklin.
