7 Arrested During New Hampshire State Police Saturation Patrol: Roundup

Plus: Man collapses and drowns while rowing on the Merrimack River; pedestrian struck on Everett Turnpike; several drunken driving arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Nearly 100 vehicles were stopped and nearly a dozen people taken into custody during a New Hampshire State Police saturation patrol on July 30 and July 31.

Between 9 p.m. on Saturday and 3 a.m. on Sunday, 93 vehicles were stopped during the patrol for “a variety of motor vehicle offenses,” according to Amber Lagace, a spokeswoman for the New Hampshire State Police, leading to seven arrests.

Five were arrested on drunken driving and-or other charges: Colin Tardif, 25, of Laconia was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence and driving under the influence charges as well as a lane control violation; Jonathan Alnatra, 29, of Sanford, Maine, was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence and driving under the influence charges; Jayden Doucette, 21, of Suncook was charged with driving under the influence; Steven Coyne, 62, of Ashuelot was arrested on driving under the influence and operating after suspension and revocation charges; and Alexandria Page, 22, of Derry was charged with driving under the influence.

Keenan Allen, 27, of Concord was arrested on operating after suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges while Momkpokpo Amegnra, 30, of Concord faces an operating after suspension-subsequent charge and a stop sign violation.

A 25-year-old Ashuelot man, a 23-year-old Manchester man, a 26-year-old Hooksett woman, and a 48-year-old Bedford man were all taken into protective custody by troopers.

Lagace said state police had taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired.

“New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways,” she added.

Fatal Boating Incident On Merrimack River

Marine Patrol is investigating the death of a man on the Merrimack River on Saturday.

State police received a distress call about a possible drowning on the river in Hooksett around 10 a.m. When marine patrol and troopers arrived, they learned the man was rowing a scull with others nearby. During the row, he stopped and collapsed into the water.

“Others in the area were able to quickly locate him and bring him to shore,” Amber Lagace, a spokeswoman for the department, said. “CPR was performed, and he was transported to Elliot Hospital in Manchester where he was pronounced deceased.”

Hooksett police and firefighters assisted state police and marine patrol.

SUV Vs. Pedestrian Crash Investigated

State troopers are investigating a pedestrian struck by an SUV in Nashua on Thursday.

Troopers were sent to the area of Exit 6 on the southbound side of the Everett Turnpike around 11 a.m. for a crash report. Troopers found a man, Nicholas L’Heureux, 26, of Nashua, in the right breakdown lane of the highway with injuries. He was struck by a 2018 Dodge Durango being driven by Amy Razzaboni, 54, of Brookline, according to state police. L’Heureux was taken to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Razzaboni was uninjured.

The right two travel lanes and the Exit 6 southbound onramp were closed for about two hours during the crash investigation. Troopers were assisted by Nashua police, firefighters, and the NH DOT.

Dominic C. Perkins, 20, of Kittery, Maine, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on July 22 on transport alcohol by minor, unlawful possession-intoxication, and manufacture-possess false ID charges in Portsmouth.

Ashley Mauricio Arango, 32, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. on July 22 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge in North Hampton.

Zachary M. Gilbert, 34, of Rochester was arrested on a warrant in Rochester at 6:15 p.m. on July 22.

Marcel Therrien, 64, of Weare was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on July 21 on a driving under the influence charge in Hampton.

Dany R. Renezaca Chogllo, 18, of Biddeford, ME, was arrested at 4:07 a.m. on July 21 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Meredith M. Murphy, 27, of Windham was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on July 21 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Robert Philip Viselli, 63, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on July 18 on a negligent driving charge and an unlawful height violation in Dover.

Jeffrey Paul Medeiros Jr., 27, of Pelham was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on July 23 on driving under the influence, reckless operation, and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license charges in Windham.

Larenzo Eddie Gousby, 27, of Roxbury, MA, was arrested on a driving under the influence charge at 4:02 a.m. on July 23 in Londonderry. A 26-year-old man from Boston was also taken into protective custody.

Gabriel Leon, 31, of Derry was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on July 22 on driving under the influence and reckless operation charges in Merrimack.

A 17-year-old was arrested at 11 a.m. on July 22 in Manchester on false fire alarms and criminal mischief charges.

Dylan Scott Labonville, 23, of Salem was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on July 20 on a driving under the influence charge and a warrant in Salem.

Katrina Warren, 33, of Manchester was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on July 20 on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer charges in Manchester.

Ronald Lombardi II, 56, of Manchester was arrested on a warrant in Manchester at 2:08 p.m. on July 20.

Hector Lito Rodriguez, 28, of Concord was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on July 20 on operating after certificationas a habitual offender, possession of a controlled drug, and receiving stolen property, $1,501+, charges as well as driving under the influence and disobeying an officer charges in Hooksett. A 22-year-old woman from Manchester was taken into protective custody.

Brendan Ross Chesbrough, 33, of Teaticket, MA, was arrested at 5:59 a.m. on July 19 on speeding-25+ mph over the 65 limit and disobeying an officer charges in Lebanon.

Adam L. Thompson, 45, of Concord was arrested at 9:29 a.m. on July 18 on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension, and uninspected vehicle charges in Franklin.

Regian Marcus Lourenco Da Silva, 22, of Nashua was arrested at 6:05 a.m. on July 18 on speeding-21 to 24 mph over 65 limit and operating without a valid license charges as well as a bench warrant in Sutton.
