Concord Men Face Drunken-Driving Charges: Police Log

Plus: Pembroke man arrested on trespass charge; Newport woman accused of assaults; Goshen woman faces theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Michael Griffin, born 1984, of Pembroke was arrested at 11:51 p.m. on March 22, 2022, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Broad Avenue.

Helmi Marie Ryan, 49, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:35 p.m. on March 22 after an incident on South Main Street. She failed to appear at a review hearing on March 8 on drug and trespass charges. Ryan is back in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 5 for a dispositional conference.

Mary Ann Foreman, 39, of Newport was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on March 22 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Benjamin Berry, 27, of Concord on a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident on Union Street.

Jonathan P. Petrocelli, 47, of Concord was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on March 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Richmond Drive.

Craig W. Carter, 47, of Manchester was arrested at 7 p.m. on March 22 on a warrant after an incident at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street.

Joshua R. Deveer, 24, of Concord was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on March 22 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges as well as a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Tru By Hilton on South Main Street. Deveer had a warrant due to a returned mail notice from Cheshire County Superior Court after being arrested in late February in Keene on felony criminal mischief, assault, and false fire alarm charges. According to superior court records, he failed to appear at the arraignment of those charges on March 24, and another warrant was issued on March 25.

William G. Cavataio, 50, of Concord was arrested at 9:55 p.m. on March 21 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Speedway on Hall Street.

Shannon J. Dukette, 45, of Penacook received a summons at 7:30 p.m. on March 21 on an operating with an expired license and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident at 156 N. State St.

Mark T. Harrington, born 1962, of Concord was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on March 21 on driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and misuse of plates charges after an incident at 24 Hall St.

Lydia Haas, born 1988, of Goshen was arrested at 7 p.m. on March 21 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
