Boscawen Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Court

Mass. man accused of knife threat in Henniker; Concord, Epsom, Northfield drug indictments; woman indicted on Franklin burglary charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Sanchez Etienne, 24, of Ferry Street in Everett, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of swinging a knife at another person in Henniker on May 6.

Nicole H. Farewell, 25, of Egg Lane in Canaan on a forgery; conspiracy felony charge. She was accused of agreeing with a man to cash a check belonging to a woman on Nov. 19, 2020, in New London.

Amanda Fortin, 38, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of entering the Compass Classical School in Franklin on April 23, 2020.

Ruben Galvan, 44, of Thompson Park in Franklin on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, felony charge. He was accused of being in possession of a knife on Aug. 4 in Franklin. Galvan is a felon due to a drug possession conviction in the Eastern District of the County of Los Angeles in February 2006.

Virginia Gilpatrick, 39, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-tramadol, para-fluorofentanyl, and fentanyl mix charge on May 21 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in November 2019.

Joseph Grasso, 33, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on June 5 in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Rockingham County Superior Court in March 2019.

Gavin R. Guay, 30, of Loudon Road in Concord on a fraudulent use of a credit card felony charge. He was accused of using a corporate account owned by another person and ringing up charges at Best Buy and Walmart on June 5 in Concord.

Richard Guay, 42, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident at Market Basket on Aug. 18 in Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

James Harrison, 36, of Oxbow Drive in Boscawen on a felony possession of meth charge on Dec. 2, 2020, in Concord.

Christopher Hawkins, 37, of Ivy Lane in Northfield on a felony possession of cocaine, para-fluorofentanyl, and fentanyl mix charge on Aug. 25 in Franklin.

Austin Hilliard, 18, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on April 12 in Franklin.

Daniel Joslin, 35, of Queen Street in Boscawen on four child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of being in possession of child sex images and videos on May 26 in Boscawen.
