Dirty Frying Pan Spat Leads to Swinging TV Tray Assault: LOG
Concord Police: No left turn leads to numerous charges and local man allegedly steals headphones at Walmart, calls it "a stupid mistake."

CONCORD, NH - Joshua Salem, 37, of Raymond Road in Candia, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2015, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in court on driving after revocation or suspension, $670 cash to settle. Officers were sent to a panic alarm at Irving on Sheep Davis Road. They spoke with cleaners in the building and two stated that they might have accidentally tripped an alarm. A check of their names revealed that one – Salem – had an active warrant and was arrested. He’s due in court on Feb. 1.

Jesse A. Goodsell, 28, of Prospect Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2015, for theft by deception and two counts of receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at the Walmart on Loudon Road on July 4, 2015. He was arrested at Mike’s Auto on Manchester Street and is due in court on Jan. 25.

Brandy L. Barton, 40, of School Street in Loudon, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2015, on a bench warrant as well as suspended registration, driving after revocation or suspension, and driver’s license prohibitions after a traffic stop for no left turn on East Side Drive into the CVS parking lot. A check yielded a warrant out of Claremont District Court for nonpayment of fines on a driving after revocation charge, $395 cash to settle, from Sept. 4, 2015. According to a driving history check, she was found guilty of operating after revocation in June 2015, received a default finding by the NH DMV in June 2015 for unregistered vehicle, as well as four default court summonses from August 2015. Barton was arrested and given two different court dates.
Christopher B. Hodges, 40, of Adams Street in Laconia, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on West Street for traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. After stopping the vehicle, the driver, Hodges, was found to have a suspended license. According to a check, he was convicted for driving after suspension in July 2009.

Blaze A. Gebo, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for nonappearance in court on a theft charge, $500 cash bail, issued on Nov. 10, 2015. Police were sent to South Spring Street for a domestic violence order and while doing so, spoke to another man in the apartment, Gebo. He had an active warrant, was arrested, and held.
Lisa M. Cheney, 48, of Pembroke Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2015, for simple assault and domestic violence simple assault. Officers were sent to the home for a disturbance call. When they arrived, the officers reportedly found a broken wooden television tray on the floor in the kitchen. The man reportedly told the officer that he and Cheney had been drinking alcohol, watching football, and later, he went to bed. About 90 minutes later, he came down to get something to eat and she was sitting on a chair in the living room. When he went into the kitchen, he reportedly found that she had used one of his frying pans and didn’t clean it. After saying, “Really Lisa? You couldn’t have washed the pan?,” she allegedly “flipped out” on him, picked up the TV tray, and swung it at his head, according to the report. The man put up his arm, the tray allegedly struck him in the arm, and broke. Cheney then allegedly hit him in the back of the head with a broken piece of the tray, and then punched him in the face, he alleged. The officer reportedly observed fresh marks and a bump in the back of his head. Cheney allegedly told the officer that the man was yelled about the frying pan, called her names, and tipped the TV tray over in the living room, causing it to fall apart. “Cheney stated that when (he) tipped the TV tray over, she may have slapped (him) in the back of the head,” the officer reported. She alleged that the man grabbed her by the wrist and she called police. When asked why the tray was in the kitchen instead of the living room, she reportedly stated that she didn’t know. When asked how the man got the fresh injuries, she reportedly stated that she didn’t know how he got them. Cheney was later arrested.
Amanda L. Little, 28, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2015, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. An officer stopped a Saturn sedan with a temp plate that expired a few days before. The driver – Little – reportedly stated that she was having title issues with the vehicle and was advised by an official in Merrimack to drive as little as possible because she could be stopped. The officer allegedly smelled marijuana in the car. After a second officer arrived, she allegedly handed a small bag of marijuana and pipe to that officer.
Josef Buckner, 35, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident on Nov. 1, 2015, at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road
Joseph E. Cunningham, 37, of Hopkinton Road in Concord, received a summons at 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after allegedly shoplifting two Jabra Mini headphones valued at nearly $70. Cunningham allegedly told the officer who was called to the store that the alleged theft was “a stupid mistake.”
