CONCORD, NH — Jean P. Gakinahe, 21, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on Oct. 17, 2016, for operating without a valid license and reckless operation after a traffic stop on East Side Drive.

Lucas C. Dow, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2016, for simple assault and criminal mischief after an alleged incident on North Spring Street.

Kraig W. St. Germain, 39, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2016, for simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Loudon Road.

James N. Chestnut, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2016, for conspiracy-drug sale and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Manchester Street.

Arthur L. Shaver, 36, of Allison Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2016, for two counts of simple assault after an alleged incident in an apartment on Allison Street.

Patrick S. Walsh, 57, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident at D’Angelos on South Main Street.
