Repeat Offender Arrested On Another Theft Charge: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Blaire Bouldry, born 1994, of Concord, received a summons a 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2019, on a dog; menace, nuisance, vicious violation on Thorndike Street.

Stephanie Joyce Dupont, born 1984, of Concord, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Oct. 3, on a theft charge. She was arrested after an incident on CVS Loudon Road.

Michael J. Grass, born 1985, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on Oct. 2, on a theft charge after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.

Jimmy J. Muhnisky, born 1946, of Concord, received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 30, on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.

Jonathan Henry George, born 1986, of an unknown address, received a summons at 5:17 p.m. on Sept. 28, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

April A. Gardner, born 1988, of an unknown address, received a summons at 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 26, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Ashley Anne Zachary, born 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on Sept. 24, and charged with domestic violence-reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after an incident in the White Park area of the city.

Kyle William Lavallee, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 9:23 a.m. on Sept. 23, on unauthorized use of vehicle-$1,501+ and receiving stolen property-$1,500+ charges as well as two bench warrants on Beacon Street.

Jonathan Scott Annis, born 1973, of Concord, was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on Sept. 16, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on South State Street.
