Auburn Man Arrested for DWI: Log

CONCORD, NH — Richard J. Butler, 70, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, misuse or failure to display plates, and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Fort Eddy Road.

Jonathan C. Lugg, 29, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for four counts of simple assault, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and false imprisonment after an alleged incident on School Street.

Todd M. Horstkotte, 44, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested at Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Adam H. Kadel, 39, of Modena Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault.

James R. Dogopoulos, 36, of Chester Road in Auburn, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for driving while intoxicated after an alleged incident on Court Street.

Joseph W. Mulkhey, 31, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for simple assault and resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident near Marshalls on Storrs Street.

Nicholas Keniston, 19, of Peaked Hill Road in Bristol, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for misuse of failure to display plates after an alleged incident on Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road.

Carissa J. Gaynor, 22, of Franklin Street on Concord, was arrested at 6:47 a.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for operating without a valid license and suspended registration. He was arrested at the Exit 14 off-ramp of I-93 Southbound.

Brandon M. Mason, 25, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Susan L. McCarthy, 58, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, on bench warrants after an alleged incident at the Mobil Kwik Stop on South Main Street.

Savannah R. Bell, 18, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2016, for false report to law enforcement and unsworn falsification after an alleged incident at an apartment on South Main Street.

Joseph F. Schultz, 22, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2016, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident at the Kentucky Fried Chicken on Hall Street.

Patrick M. Kio, 29, of Raymond, ME, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2016, for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
