Felon Arrested On Dangerous Weapon Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Charles M. Kelly, born 1956, of Concord received a summons at 2:02 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2020, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Sean Donald Leighton, born 1993, of Candia was arrested at 5:06 a.m. on Oct. 29 on four felony counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Kevin M. Seaver, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on three warrants as well as resisting arrest or detention and two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident on Village Street.

Robert G. Stephens, born 1991, of Concord received a summons at 5:48 p.m. on Oct. 21, on an operating without a valid license charge on Loudon Road.

Velvet Elaine Weeks, born 1971, of Laconia was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on Oct. 20 on resisting arrest and two willful concealment charges as well as a bench warrant after an incident at Family Dollar on Fisherville Road.

Justin Patrick Moro, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on Oct. 18 was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on the Exit 12 I-93 south onramp.

Johanna K. Patterson, born 1988, of Plymouth was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on Oct. 16 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges as well as two bench warrants.

Eric Mandigo, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 4:13 p.m. on Oct. 13 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident on Storrs Street.

William H. Danforth, born 2002, of Hooksett received a summons at 11:50 p.m. on Oct. 12 on a public disposal of human waste city ordinance violation after an incident in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.
