Concord Cops, SWAT Team Arrest 5 In Manchester Street Drug Sweep
Concord police said they also recovered a stolen car at a manufactured home park near Pembroke after complaints and an investigation.
CONCORD, NH — Three Concord and two Pembroke residents were arrested during an early morning drug sweep of a manufactured home park in the eastern part of the city, according to police. A home in the 190 Manchester Street complex near the line with Pembroke was raided Friday after a "lengthy drug investigation" and "numerous complaints" from park residents about drug use and incidents at the home. Safety and quality of life were being adversely affected by the activity, according to Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigations division of the Concord Police Department.
During the raid, a stolen car from Vermont was recovered as well as "evidence of other open investigations in other jurisdictions," Ford said.
Arrested were Shayna Kinney, 36, pictured upper left, of Concord, on two felony sale of controlled drug charges; Eric Mandigo, 38, upper right, of Concord, on a single felony count of criminal liability for the conduct of another for drug sales; Brittany Fisher, 24, lower left, of Pembroke, was charged with forgery, receiving stolen property, and theft by deception, all felonies; Jonathan Devereaux, 29, lower center, of Pembroke, faces two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug and a Merrimack County Superior Court warrant; and Duane Hardy, 41, lower right, of Concord, also had a warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court.

All five refused bail and are expected to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court Friday.
Ford said Concord police were assisted by the Central NH Special Operations Unit (the region's SWAT team), Allenstown police and the Merrimack County Sheriff's Office.
