CONCORD, NH — Ryan D. Degreenia, pictured, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Aug. 18, 2019, on domestic violence-second-degree assault, second-degree assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and simple assault charges after an incident in the Broken Ground area of the city.
Kevin M. Seaver, born 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. on Aug. 17, on possession of a controlled drug, violation of probation or parole, resisting arrest or detention, and two simple assault charges at the Bank of America on Storrs Street.
Hannah N. Wilkins, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Aug. 16, on a criminal mischief charge on South State Street.

Brad E. Lizotte, born 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Aug. 14, on a sale of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested at the Frekey's Dairy Freeze on Suncook Valley Road in Chichester.
Victoria M. Petricca, born 1999, homeless, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on Aug. 13, on a warrant on Abbott Road.

Anthony J. Wiltshire, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Aug. 11, on a bench warrant on Summer Street.
Farrah M. Munn, born 1990, of Tilton, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on Aug. 9, on a bench warrant at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.
Brenda L. Goodwin, born 2000, homeless, was arrested at 5:27 a.m. on Aug. 8, on a bench warrant at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.
Delbert Baker, born 1977 of Concord, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Aug. 6, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Milton Simonds, born 1951, of Concord, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on Aug. 5, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges at the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.
