Accused Andover Drug Dealer Indicted On 11 Drug Counts: Roundup
Franklin man accused of strangling woman; Man indicted after Concord DWI crash with injury; numerous drug indictments in Merrimack County.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Brian Richards, 47, of Pleasant Street in Franklin, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 1 in Franklin.
Jerry S. Roberts Jr., pictured upper middle, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on a felony duty to report charge. He's accused of failing to register with police as a sex offender on March 25. Roberts was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in Belknap County Superior Court in September 2008. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a duty to report charge in Grafton County Superior Court in June 2017.

Cory Roukey, lower right, 31, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on conspiracy, delivery of articles to prisoners and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He's accused of trying to smuggle drugs into the prison on April 29 and procuring a bag he believed to contain controlled substances while working as an inmate while on work release at the Allenstown transfer station and on April 30, reportedly ingesting articles from a decoy bag to "impair law enforcement's ability to retrieve the item."
Ashley A. Roy, 30, of Clinton Road in Antrim, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on July 4 in Henniker.

Brianna Sargent, 21, upper right, of Roy Street in Manchester, on a felony conspiracy, delivery of articles to prisoners charge. She's accused of arranging for the placement of controlled drugs into a garbage unit at the Allenstown transfer station on April 29 to be picked up by Roukey, based on information and directions given to by another inmate, reportedly Anfernee King.
Raymond J. Scott, 48, of Old Homestead Highway in Keene, on a felony acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on June 28 in Henniker.
Kevin Seaver, 56, of North Main Street in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on Aug. 17 in Concord.
Haley Seidensticker, 37, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, on felony acts prohibited: possession-meth charge on July 25 in Hooksett.
John Siemanowicz, lower middle, 43, of Andover, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on seven counts of possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine, morphine, hydrocodone, crack cocaine, fentanyl, heroin-fentanyl, and cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-meth, pregabalin with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-meth, Xanax, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident on July 9 in Andover.
Katrina M. Spencer-Williams, 27, of Eastside Drive in Alton, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on Dover Road in Chichester on Aug. 15.
Carolann Steeves, lower right, 24, of Kimball Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine charge on April 18 in Hooksett.
Udit Tamang, 36, of Central Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated after a crash that injured a woman on July 8 on Christian Avenue in Concord.
Katherine Torres, 45, of Grove Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of creating false payroll transactions and depositing the proceeds into her bank account from the Pine Haven Boys Center in Allenstown between January 2015 and April 2019.
Michael D. Weaver, 39, of Route 16B in Center Ossipee, on a felony habitual offender charge, driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Pittsfield on July 17.
James H. Webster Jr., 30, of Breton Drive in Gilford, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on July 30 in Franklin.
John R. Wentworth, 30, of Wiswall Road in Durham, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and fentanyl on June 9 in Concord.
