Guitar-Wielding Manchester Man Indicted On Attempted Murder, Other Charges: Court
Concord man accused of burning child with a cigarette; man faces knife threat charge; man accused of threatening in Arabic to shoot a woman.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Matthew Hoey, 23, of Drake Road in Sanbornton on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Concord on June 7, 2022. Read more about this case here: Sanbornton Man Arrested On Strangulation, Other Charges In Concord
Hani Hussein, 42, of Hurley Street in Hudson on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of threatening a woman with a firearm by stating in Arabic, “I’ll empty the gun into your head,” or words to that effect, to terrorize her on Aug. 28, 2022, in Pembroke.

Tamara Ann Ipock, 40, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Nov. 17, 2022. Before, according to the indictment, she had been convicted of theft.
Sean Ipock-Gauthier, 24, of Pittsfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 1999 Honda CBR motorcycle, owned by another person that he knew to be stolen, in Allenstown on Oct. 22, 2022.

Christopher Ladnay, 37, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 19, 2022, in Franklin.
Justin Lamontagne, 34, of Loudon Road in Concord on second-degree assault and two prohibited contact-meth related crimes charges, all felonies. He was accused of burning a child in the chest with a cigarette in Pittsfield between June 17 and June 26, 2022. Lamontagne was also accused of exposing two children to meth between Feb. 1, and June 26, 2022 in Pittsfield. Kayla Lamontagne, 27, of South Main Street in Pittsfield was also indicted on two felony prohibited contact-meth related crimes charges.
Joseph Levin, 37, of Concord Road in Northfield on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. On Dec. 12, 2022, in Northfield, he was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife during the course of an argument and pointing the knife at a man and stating, “Don’t think I won’t go through you, too,” or words to that effect.
David A. Makin, 49, of Candia Road in Manchester on attempted murder, attempted first-degree assault, reckless conduct, two first-degree assault, and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of attacking two other people in Canterbury on Aug. 19, 2022, with a guitar and fists, causing injuries, including vision loss, while saying, “I am going to kill you,” or words to that effect.
Kenneth P. Mansur, 41, of Old Loudon Road in Concord on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register with Concord police on Aug. 16, 2022. Mansur is required to register with police due to an aggravated sexual assault conviction in Sullivan County Superior Court in February 2016.
