Jacob Ryan Silverstein, 22, of South Street in Concord was arrested at 3:32 a.m. on June 2 on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to a fight in progress call in the area of Perley and Pierce streets. When they arrived, most of the individuals had dispersed. "Multiple witnesses" identified Silverstein as one of the "aggressors" during the incident but he had fled the area, an affidavit said. After clearing the scene and beginning a report, the officer received a tip from a neighbor who claimed Silverstein pointed a gun at another man, cocked it, and said, "It's not a BB gun, it's a .45," according to the affidavit. The officer met with the witness, who provided a statement, and while doing this, the officer reportedly saw the suspect walking around Downing Street. When the officer approached Silverstein, "he began running," the report said. The officer yelled, "Stop, police," loudly, but accused Silverstein of still running. As Silverstein rounded the corner of the American Legion building, the officer lost sight of him, the report said. Other Concord officers and New Hampshire State Police troopers searched the area but were unable to find Silverstein. Later, he was found at this home and was arrested "after a brief time where (Silverstein) refused to exit his residence," the officer said. Silverstein refused bail and was taken to county.
