Overdose Leads To Warrant Arrest At Diner: Concord Police Log
Sex offender charged with failing to comply for the 6th time; Henniker woman faces theft charge; open container leads to resisting charge.

CONCORD, NH — Craig Stephen Johns, born 1971, unknown address, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on June 30, 2019, on two counts of sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply. He was arrested at police headquarters. According to the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Johns, who sometimes uses the alias of "Craig Sanborn," was convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a victim under 18 in 1992. He was convicted on duty to report charges five times between 1999 and 2019.
Jacob Ryan Silverstein, born 1997, of Concord, received a summons at 12:19 a.m. on June 30, on a resisting arrest or detention charge and an open container violation at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.
Karihungu Ntihinyurwa, born 1980, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on June 29, on operating after certified as a habitual offender, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and suspension of vehicle registration after a motor vehicle stop on East Side Drive.

Daniel Charles Stevens, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on June 27, on a domestic violence-criminal mischief charge at the Concord/Royal Gardens apartment complex.
Ashley T. Tremblay, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. on June 27, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Loudon Road.

Timothy A. Sargent, born 1981, unknown address, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on June 26, on a warrant. He was arrested on North Main Street at Merrimack County Savings Bank.
Oscar A. Barrera Sr., born 1952, of Concord, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on June 24, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges at the Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street.
Jesse Abel Collins, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. on Feb. 7, on a warrant after a report of an overdose at the Red Arrow Diner on Loudon Road.
Chamarie Witter, born 1999, of Henniker, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Feb. 6, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.
