CONCORD, NH — Caitlin J. Sylvester, year of birth 1991, received a summons at 11:16 a.m. on Oct. 1, 2017, for operating without a valid license after a stop on East Side Drive.
Jacob R. Silverstein, pictured, year of birth 1997, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Purna B. Thapa, year of birth 1987, of Royal Gardens in Concord, received a summons at 1:15 a.m. on Sept. 27, 2017, for operating without a valid license on Loudon Road near Citizens Bank.
Claudine Bukuru, year of birth 1993, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2017, for operating without a valid license on Loudon Road near the Morning Star Condominiums.

April A. Gardner, year of birth 1988, of Liberty Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
John A. Bousquet, year of birth 1964, of Northfield, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in the North End.
Richard J. Butler, year of birth 1946, of Concord, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, for indecent exposure and lewdness on Loudon Road.
Richard F. Kuchinsky, year of birth 1969, of Chapel Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2017, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, due to two prior convictions, after an alleged incident at Lowe’s on Fort Eddy Road, as well as theft by deception and fraudulent retail transactions after an alleged incident on Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
