Loudon Man Arrested On DWI Charge At Gas Station: Concord Cop Log
Plus: Concord woman arrested on back-to-back theft charges; New London man faces trespass charge; Hopkinton man picked up on drug warrant.

CONCORD, NH — Wyatt A. Keene, 27, of Hopkinton was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2020, on two warrants. He was arrested at police headquarters. Keene has an active felony drug possession case in Merrimack County Superior Court out of Hooksett from March 5. According to the court, he failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing July 20 and a warrant was issued for his arrest the next day. He's due back in court Sept. 21.
Heather Start, 37, of Concord was arrested on three warrants at 9:10 p.m. on Aug. 9 after an incident near 4 Hall St. According to court documents, Start failed to appear at a status conference in Rockingham County Superior Court on May 21 concerning felony drug and receiving stolen property charges out of Salem from November 2019. She has more court dates this week. Start also failed to appear at a dispositional conference June 23 on a conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge in Merrimack County Superior Court out of Concord from April 2019. She also failed to appear at a status conference hearing on a drug charge in Carroll County Superior Court July 21. That case dates back to an incident in Moultonborough from March 2018. Start also has an active felony drug possession case out of Wolfeboro from December 2017. Start was convicted on meth manufacturing charges and violation of probation in October 2012 after incidents in Plymouth from November 2011.
Gregoire L. Simard, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Aug. 9 on a driving under the influence charge after a stop on Loudon Road.

Gavin Eriksson, born 1987, of New London was arrested at 10:48 a.m. on Aug. 8 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Mark Edward McAlpine, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Aug. 8 on driving after revocation or suspension and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Rumford Street.

Danielle M. McGrath, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on Aug. 7 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Prescott Street. About 35 minutes after that, she was charged with theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge due to an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord.
Brian Wesley Sykes, born 1968, of Chichester was arrested at 1 p.m. on Aug. 6 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the Bog Road and Borough Road area of the city.
Arthur G. Georgopoulos, 27, of Route 129 in Loudon was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Aug. 5 on a driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident charges. According to an affidavit, officers were sent to the Speedway on Hall Street for a report of a Ford Focus backing up to the gas pumps and striking a guardrail. The driver, according to dispatch, "stumbled" into the gas station and seem impaired. The officers arrived, one approached the vehicle and attempted to speak to the driver, but claimed he was ignoring him. Instead, he appeared to be texting on his phone, the report said. The officer asked the driver for his license and registration but "the driver kept on saying, 'I'm not bothering anyone,' and continued to ignore me," the officer wrote. The officer accused the driver of "slurring his words" and smelling "strongly of an alcoholic beverage, so strong that I could smell it despite the COVID mask that I was wearing." The driver, later identified as Georgopoulos, agreed to field sobriety tests and was quickly arrested, the officer said. During the booking process, "Georgopoulos refused to cooperate" and was taken to county. The officer accused him of yelling, swearing, and challenging him to fight. At county, Georgopoulos "had to be restrained," the officer wrote.
