A woman stated she suspected Darjee, a person she had an order against, was trying to get into her apartment, according to an affidavit. Another officer was at the backside of the building with Darjee, according to the report. A translator was called to assist and the woman claimed Darjee climbed through a living room window, grabbed his unemployment check off a table, and left the apartment, the affidavit stated. Another witness also confirmed the sighting, the report said. Darjee, according to the officer, said he knew about the protective order but was thirsty, wanted some water, and this was "his house." He later denied going into the apartment but when asked if he had his unemployment check, he admitted he did and that he took it from the table, the affidavit said. The officer checked, saw the order was active, posted on June 11, and Darjee was arrested and held without bail.
