CONCORD, NH — Dylan Harrington Peterson, 26, homeless in Concord, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2020, on criminal trespass, breach of bail, and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also arrested was Victoria M. Petricca, 20, homeless in Concord, on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. Officers were sent to Boanza Drive for a suspicious person report. A woman told police there was a man on a bicycle underneath the backyard porch of a neighbor's house, according to an affidavit. Another neighbor, according to dispatch, asked the man what he was doing on the property, since he didn't live there, and then, called police. The reporting officer "immediately suspected" it was Peterson since he was arrested the day before on a prowling charge, at a different home, "under similar circumstances." He was also seen with a bike earlier in the day at Cumberland Farms with Petricca, the officer wrote. They were moved along later, he noted. On Boanza Drive, the officer spoke to witnesses with one saying the suspect had been "running around people's yards," acting strangely, and when she yelled at him, he said he was leaving to meet up with his girlfriend and rode away, the affidavit stated. A few minutes later, another officer located Peterson and Petricca on Fisherville Road near a laundromat and bus stop. The first officer went to meet them and asked Peterson about the porch incident on Boanza Drive. The officer wrote his reply was, "Huh, where's that?" After some back and forth, Peterson was taken into custody. When Petricca saw this, however, she "charged" toward the officers, "yelling and cursing," and a struggle ensued, the affidavit alleged. Petricca was then arrested, too.
