Concord Woman Indicted For Attempting To Run Over Her Boyfriend
Penacook teen indicted on sexual assault charge; 2 prisoners indicted for assaulting guards; convicted thief indicted on 4 theft charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Rachelle Smith, 30, incarcerated, on possession of morphine and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 27, 2019, in Boscawen.
Heather Start, 36, of Buck Street in Pembroke, on felony conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners charges. She is accused of working with Alton Ryan who is accused of attempting to bring suboxone into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord between April 10, and May 1, 2019.

Jamie L. Stockford, pictured upper right, 41, of Washington Street in Rochester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge from June 3, 2019, in Pittsfield.
Brian C. Taylor, 27, of Elm Street in Northfield, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on New Hampton Road in Franklin on April 30, 2019.

Lee Theriault, 36, of Lunenburg, Vermont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 27, 2019, in Concord.
Richard Tripaldi, lower left, 28, incarcerated, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. On Aug. 28, 2019, he's accused of punching a prison guard in the jaw with a closed fist.
Michael R. Tucker, 50, of Concord Street in Concord on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 16, 2019, in Concord.
Jonathan P. Vertigans, upper middle, 35, of North Main Street in Concord, on four felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. In May 2018, he's accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart on Commerce Drive in Hooksett and Lowe's at Ford Eddy Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft twice before.
Christopher Vincent, lower right, 42, of River Road in Concord, on three arson charges. He's accused of igniting newspapers and placing them in the windows of a home on Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on Jan. 1, 2016, and igniting debris next to a barn on Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield on May 20, 2017.
Richard W. Vincent Jr., 39, of Harvard Street in Manchester, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He's accused of striking a prison guard in the ribs on Aug. 13, 2019, at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.
James H. Webster Jr., 30, with a last known address of Breton Drive in Gilford, on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on June 2, 2019, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a drug charge.
Taylor Winter, lower middle, 19, of Penacook, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felonious sexual assault charge. He's accused of raping a 13-year-old girl on Nov. 25, 2018, in Concord.
Ashley Zachary, upper left, 28, of Rumford Street in Concord, on domestic violence-criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She's accused of driving a vehicle at an intimate partner in an effort to harm him requiring him to jump out of the way to avoid being struck on Rumford Street in Concord on Sept. 24, 2019.
