Loudon Man, Accused Of Attempted Rape, Burglary, Indicted: Court
Andover, Concord, Loudon felons indicted on weapon charges; former auto assoc. VP indicted on theft charge; man indicted on forgery charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Deborah L. Paradise, 45, of Concord Street in Concord, on a felony criminal threatening charge. She's accused of placing the blade of a knife up against a man's back and stating, "If you ever leave me, I'll kidnap and kill you," or words to that effect on Sept. 30, 2019, in Concord.
Justin D. Parr, 41, of Main Street in Andover, on armed career criminal, felon in possession of a firearm, and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of a black powder .44 caliber handgun on April 12 in Andover. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Michael Peacan, pictured lower middle, 25, of Redwood Road in Loudon, on burglary, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He's accused of breaking into a home on Aug. 14 in Loudon and strangling, restraining, fondling, and attempting to rape a woman.
Leah Pollard, 52, of Holmes Road in Center Barnstead, on a felony habitual offender charge after driving on Route 4 in Chichester on Sept. 20.

Ryan Pro, 21, of North 10th Street in Prospect Park, New Jersey, on riot and accomplice to second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He's accused of working in concert and aiding Najee Hall, Christopher Derosa, and Malik Settles, who are also accused of being involved in the assault of a man in Henniker on May 12.
Carlos Ramirez, 36, of Thompson Street in Concord, on two felony forgery charges. Between May 5 and May 21, he's accused of uttering checks on an account owned by Center Point Church in Concord.
Melissa Rivera, 29, of Dartmouth Street in Hooksett, on possession of crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. She's accused of hiding the drugs in a sink drain in an effort to impair an investigation by Hooksett police on May 3.
Jerry S. Roberts Jr., lower left, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on first-degree assault, kidnapping, criminal threatening, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He's accused of kidnapping a man, hitting him in the head with a hammer, threatening him with the hammer, while also being in possession of a knife. Roberts is a felon due to the aggravated felonious sexual assault of a girl in 2008 and a sexual assault conviction in 2004.
Michael Rosenblum, 66, of Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing more than $1,500 from the New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association of Bow. Rosenblum was the executive vice president of the organization for nearly 30 years.
Jason A. Rowan, upper left, 42, with a last known address of Williard Street in Concord, on domestic violence-second-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He's accused of covering the mouth and nose of a woman and applying pressure to impede breathing as well as cutting and punching her in the head which required stapling to close the injury.
Adam Roz, lower left, 45, of Tote Road in Loudon, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons. He's accused of possessing a knife on Jan. 18 in Northfield after previously being convicted of a felony in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2018.
Alton L. Ryan, upper right, 46, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony conspiracy to commit the crime of delivery of articles to prisoners. He's accused of working with Heather Start who is accused of acquiring suboxone to bring into the New Hampshire Prison for Men in Concord between April 10 and May 1.
