Loudon Man Faces Stalking, Order Violation Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Charles Call, 38, of Route 106 in Loudon was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Aug. 25 on three violation of protective order and three stalking charges. On July 26, an officer was sent to investigate a restraining order violation claim against Call. A woman stated she had programmed Call's phone number to go direct to voicemail after getting "a number" of phone calls, according to an affidavit. The woman's phone, the report said, contained eight voicemail messages from Call and five voicemails from an unknown number, the report said. The officer checked the violation order and wrote that it was still active, listened to the voicemails, claimed it was Call, and filed an affidavit for his arrest July 31, the report said.

Jeffrey R. Vachon, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Pembroke Road.

Sincere T. Thomas, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 1 p.m. on Aug. 25 on two bench warrants. Thomas was arrested at police headquarters.

Javon Edward Brooks, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 12:19 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Keach Park.

Angela M. Bond, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a bench warrant at the West Portsmouth Street boat ramp.

Michael E. Schwarz, born 1984, of Laconia was arrested at 5 a.m. on Aug. 25 on a deal-possess prescription drugs charge after an incident at 204 Fisherville Road.

Brandi L. Olson, born 1981, of Concord received a summons at 2 a.m. on Aug. 25 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Bradley Street.

Matthew T. Lucier, born 1984, of Concord was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 24 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident in the Rollins Park area of the city.

Brandon Doyon, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 5:27 p.m. on Aug. 24 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges after an incident on Manchester Street.
