Man With Gas Can Accused Of Threatening To Torch Building: Log

CONCORD, NH — Jason Derek Woody, pictured, born 1982, homeless, was arrested at 3:12 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2019, on criminal threatening and disorderly conduct. At just before 7 p.m. on Nov. 23, officers were sent to the area between O Steak & Seafood on South Main Street and the Storrs Street Garage for a report of a man with a gas can threatening to burn down the Capital Commons building and pretending to shoot people with his finger, according to an employee of the restaurant. The suspect was accused of making the gestures and threats while standing up on a wall while holding a gas canister and smoking a cigarette, police dispatch noted at the time. After about 15 minutes, the suspect, identified as Woody, was moved along. Later, charges were issued against him and he was arrested on a warrant.
Robert Bryant, born 1948, of Conway, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on Dec. 2 and a conduct after an accident charge in the area of South Main and Hall streets.
Angela M. Bond, born 1976, homeless, received a summons at 1:35 p.m. on Dec. 1 on a generic city ordinance violation in the Gully Hill-Old Turnpike Road area of the city.

Garry O. Hodge, born 1994, of Concord, received a summons at 5:21 p.m. on Nov. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Hannaford Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.
Trinity Rain Fanny-Coates, born 2001, of Concord, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on Nov. 27 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on North State Street in the West Concord area of the city.

Queen Wilson, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on Nov. 23 on driving under the influence and unlawful possession/intoxication charges after an incident in the Concord High School area of the city. She was arrested again at 11:40 p.m. on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges at police headquarters.
Shayna J. Kinney, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Nov. 22 on two felony sale of a controlled drug charges after an incident on Manchester Street.
Isaiah James Bullock, born 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on Nov. 20 on a warrant. He was arrested in the Fisherville Road area of the city.
Richard William Voigt, born 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Nov. 19 on a stalking charge. He was arrested after an incident in the South State and South Main streets area of the city.
