Man Arrested On Assault, Domestic Violence Charges: Concord Police Log

Teen arrested for theft, concealment; child sexual assaulter faces registration charge; man fails to show up at weapon, drug arraignment.

CONCORD, NH — Mark S. Huntoon, born 1958, of Bow, received a summons at 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2024, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was charged after a crash on South Street. James T. McGinn, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. on Oct. 6 on a felony sex offender registration; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. McGinn is a sex offender due to five felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older and under 16 and an age difference of more than three charges in May 2001.

Jayson David Blacksmith, born 1993, of Manchester, received a summons at 1:03 p.m. on Oct. 6 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident or investigation at 126 Manchester St.

Aba Massaquoi, born 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Oct. 6 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.

Raymond Mahoney, born 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on Oct. 6 on two warrants after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St. He failed to appear at the arraignment of subsequent drug possession, acts prohibited, delivery of contraband, contempt, deadly weapon, and bail jumping charges out of Manchester from April and theft charges out of Manchester from July 2023.

Kristen A. Lombard, 48, of Concord received a summons at 8:17 p.m. on Oct. 5 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Hunter M. Taylor, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on Sept. 19 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, two obstruct report of crime-injury, and two domestic violence-obstruct report of crime-injury charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 135 Pembroke Road.

Shaun Danny McCall, born 1980, of Concord, received a summons at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 18 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 244 N. Main St.

Shawn Patrick Jeffrey, born 1978, of Concord received a summons at 6:37 p.m. on Sept. 17 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Cumberland Farms at 47 Fisherville Road.

Justin Wayne Pate, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on Sept. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at the Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive. He was arrested again at 9:50 a.m. on Sept. 18 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge and a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Burger King at 15 Hall St.

Ava Maricella Martinez was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on Sept. 11 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.

Todd A. Chandler, 53, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Chandler is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault, possession of child sexual abuse images, felonious sexual assault, and attempted felonious sexual assault charges in September 2008.
