Queen City Woman Indicted On Drug Dealing, Stolen Gun Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted on Bedford drug, habitual offender charges; homeless man accused of trying to hide drugs in his butt; gun threat indictment.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Robert Lomartire, 37, of Sherwood Gln. in Somersworth on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 4 in Manchester.
Raymond Mahoney, 41, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on possession of controlled drugs-subsequent-fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, and delivery of contraband charges, all felonies. He possessed drugs in the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester and attempted to hide them in his butt on April 17, according to the indictments. Mahoney was previously convicted on a drug charge.

John Maldonado Lozada, 35, of Brown Avenue in Nashua on felonious use of a firearm, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and a 9 mm pistol on Sept. 21, 203, in Manchester.
Johaly Maria, 23, of Andrew Street in Manchester on criminal threatening and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a Glock handgun and pointing it at another person in Manchester on April 19, 2023. Valerie Metz, 33, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on conspiracy-sale of methamphetamine, sale of methamphetamine, and three possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges, all felonies. She possessed the drugs within 1,000 feet of a school while acting in concert with Craig Proulx and-or Megan Champagne on April 2 in Manchester, according to the indictments.
William Montplaisir, 35, of Baker Avenue in Greenville on operating after certification as a habitual offender, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-diazepam, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and driving on Route 101 in Bedford on May 3, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Douglas Moore, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a folding knife and a Sig Sauer Air Pistol on Feb. 25 in Manchester. Moore is a felon due to a 2014 conviction in Maine.
Christian Noury, 28, of Cross Street in Nashua on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of knocking a blue cap to the ground to impair an investigation on March 14 in Manchester.
Leeann O’Brien, 34, of Laurel Street in Manchester on felonious use of a firearm, receiving stolen property-stolen firearm, illegal possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-cocaine, illegal possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, illegal possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and four illegal possession of a controlled drug charges, crack cocaine, oxycodone, charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing a stolen 9 mm Taurus pistol on March 7, as well as drugs on Jan. 21, Feb. 14, Feb. 18, and March 7 in Manchester.
Daniel O’Dell, 54, with a last known address of Wilson Street in Manchester, on felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a child between March 1, 1999, and Feb. 24, 2000, in Manchester.
