Stalking Arrests On Village Street In Penacook: Concord Police Log
Homeless man accused of selling drugs; DWI on East Side Drive; Concord woman, with priors, arrested on theft, trespass, and drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — Jean-Pierre Mbarushimana was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Sept. 16, 2024, on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.
Farradon S. Young, 29, was arrested at 7:03 a.m. on Sept. 15 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Rosemary’s Way apartment complex at 95 Village St. in Penacook.
Amanda N. Anderson was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on Sept. 14 on felony falsifying physical evidence and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at 71 Hall St.

Chad Matthew Dow, 42, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Sept. 13 on three warrants as well as a felony controlled drug: sale, etc. charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Schnitzer at 14 Poplar Avenue and Hall Street.
Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Sept. 12 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and criminal trespass charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at 44 Millstream Lane. At 1:10 p.m., she was arrested again, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge, after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Liam Thomas Keenan was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on Sept. 11 on a disobeying an officer charge after an incident or investigation at 212 Pleasant St.
Audrey Michele McLeod, born 1971, of Quincy, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:09 a.m. on Aug. 29 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at The Granite Group at 6 Storrs St.
James Bosco, 47, of Lovering Avenue in Loudon was arrested on a warrant at 10:02 p.m. on Aug. 20 as well as stalking, three domestic violence-simple assault, and three simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Village Street in Penacook. Bosco also has active stalking, witness tampering, and breach of bail charges out of Loudon from mid-July. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 17 for a dispositional conference hearing.
Raymond Mahoney, 41, of Concord received a summons at 6:20 a.m. on Aug. 14 on a public urination or defecation charge after an incident or investigation on Sexton Avenue. He was also arrested on a warrant. Mahoney failed to appear at a bail hearing on July 30 after being arrested on drug, evidence, contempt, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and delivery-weapon, contraband charges in Manchester from mid-April. He also has an active drug possession case out of Manchester from May working its way through court.
Elizabeth Jean Knight, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on Aug. 12 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on Warren Street.
Anna K. Heine, 42, of Concord was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on Aug. 11 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
Richard Gabriel Romero, born 1993, of Concord received a summons at 6:47 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at 7-Eleven at 125 Loudon Road.
Fatmir Gasi, 61, of Concord was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 9 on a bench warrant and a simple assault charge. The warrant was after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive, while the assault was after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.
