Man Indicted On 69 Counts Of Child Sexual Abuse Images: Court

Sanbornton, Portsmouth men accused of drug dealing; Concord, Warner men indicted on receiving stolen property charges; and drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Nathan B. Abbott, 39, of Cobb Street in Keene on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 4, 2019, in Henniker.

Tyler J. Akins-McWilliams, pictured lower right, 22, of Route 103 West in Warner on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of receiving, retaining, or disposing of catalytic converters by attempting to sell them to Schnitzers in Concord knowing that the property had been stolen.

Paula C. Almeida, 51, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She's accused of stealing items from Walmart on Dec. 9, 2019, after already being convicted twice before on theft charges.

Robert Atwood, 36, with a last known address of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of receiving a Ford F-350 pickup truck on Dec. 21, 2019, in Boscawen that he knew or believed was stolen.

Evan Beasley, 30, of Threshing Mill Road in Sanbornton on possession of fentanyl, possession of buprenorphine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin-fentanyl, possession of heroin-fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, all felonies, on Oct. 11, 2019, on Prospect Street in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a control of premises charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in November 2018.

Robert J. Blake, 45, of North State Street in Concord on aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of fentanyl, and driving after revocation or suspension charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving while under the influence of drugs and causing a motor vehicle collision on South Main Street in Franklin on Dec. 5, 2019. Blake's license was suspended in November 2018.

Matthew Byrd, 42, of Ash Street in Manchester on felony acts prohibited-possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 1, 2019, in Hooksett.

Sara A. Stevens, 31, of River Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 26, 2019, in Franklin.

Naomi Sutherland, 31, of Chester Turnpike in Hooksett on a felony habitual offender charge. She's accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on Nov. 2, 2019.

Brian Turner, 38, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He's accused of crashing his motorcycle on Dover Road in Epsom and attempting to alter or conceal marijuana that was in a saddlebag.
