“After receiving anonymous tips and conducting numerous interviews throughout Concord today, information was developed indicating that Clark was originally living in a tent in Concord, but after seeing himself as the Fugitive of the Week, he went into hiding at an associate’s apartment,” White alleged.

Task force members located Clark “sleeping in an apartment in the 100 block of South State Street” in the city’s South End neighborhood, according to White. He was arrested and held, pending a court appearance.
