Marshal's Task Force Gets Fugitive 2-For-1 At Londonderry Hotel
While searching for Alacia Linville, who was wanted on meth warrants, Miguel Perez, also wanted on warrants, was arrested Monday, too.

CONCORD, NH — Quite by accident Monday, the U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task found two people wanted on numerous warrants — one, who was last week's fugitive of the week, and another, who could have easily been a potential fugitive of the week, too.
Alacia Renee Linville, 25, pictured left, and Miguel Angel Perez, 40, were arrested on Monday at a Londonderry hotel after the task force received "several anonymous tips" that Linville was "hiding her fugitive boyfriend," Perez. Linville, of Northfield, was wanted on outstanding warrants out of the Belknap County Superior Court for failure to appear on two sale of methamphetamine charges and a second warrant for possession of meth charge out of Hooksett.
Perez, who was last known to live in Nashua, is no stranger to police, having been convicted on drug dealing and other drug charges. He had active warrants by the state parole board and a warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court for failure to appear on drug charges, noted Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.

"Additional tips," he said, "were received that placed both Linville and Perez in a Londonderry hotel. This morning, several members of the U.S. Marshals-N.H. Joint Fugitive Task Force went to the Londonderry hotel where both Linville and Perez were arrested without incident."
White said "narcotics were observed" throughout the hotel room which may lead to additional criminal charges against both Linville and Perez.

Perez was taken to the Hillsborough County Jail for processing and holding pending his initial court appearance in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Once the Hillsborough County matter is resolved, Perez will be transferred to the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on his outstanding parole violation, White said. Linville was taken to the Belknap County Jail for processing and holding.
Task Force members included marshals deputies, deputies from the Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham and Strafford county sheriff's offices and the Greenfield and Londonderry police departments.
According to superior court documents, Perez has an active case in court on cocaine dealing, drug possession, and criminal trespass. He was found guilty on a drug charge in May 2019 out of Nashua but a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge was dropped. After facing 28 drug possession charges in 2016 out of Nashua, he was found guilty on seven. Perez was also found guilty on a drug charge in 2015 in Nashua and an acts prohibited charge out of Salem in 2008.
