Mass., Connecticut Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Court
Plus: Bow, Concord drug indictments; Boscawen man indicted on strangulation charge; Chichester man indicted on stolen vehicle charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Patrick Lucier, 34, of Hodgdon Road in Northfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a postal package on March 2 in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Brandon S. Mancini, 31, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charge on Jan. 5 in Concord.

Wayne C. McMann Jr., 49, of Fairway Drive in Pembroke on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving a Samsung cellphone that he knew or believed was stolen between Dec. 1, and Dec. 11, 2021, in Concord.
Kaleb Mellett, 20, of Academy Street in Rochester or Marsh Road in Willington, Connecticut, on felony sexual assault and three aggravated felony sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as five counts of sexual assault. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl and forcing her to fondle him on Jan. 28 and Jan. 31 in Hooksett.

Paul Noyes, 27, of Hillview Drive in Chichester on receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, as well as a driving after suspension charge. He was accused of taking control over a woman’s bag after being convicted on theft charges twice before as well as retaining a 2015 Honda CR-V, owned by another woman, and driving it on Pleasant Street in Concord on Feb. 17 while his license was suspended.
William Papageorge, 66, of Page Lane in Hampstead on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of faking signatures on an application for a retail dealer license and registration form in Concord on Feb. 28, 2020.
Nathan L. Pelletier, 37, of High Street in Boscawen on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Boscawen on March 19.
Julia Petrillo, 22, of Turnpike Street in Allenstown on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 24 in Bow.
Jason E. Plumer, 39, of Main Street in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and cocaine mix, charge on Nov. 8, 2021, in Hooksett.
Daquan Rhodes, 25, of Maple Avenue in Taunton, Massachusetts, on a felonious sexual assault charge, a felony. He was accused of raping a girl between Nov. 3, and Nov. 4, 2021, in Boscawen.
