Massachusetts Man Arrested On Forgery, Deception Charges: Cop Log

Concord man charged with stalking; Belmont woman charged with drug dealing; warrant arrests; RI woman accused of not returning rental car.

CONCORD, NH — David Veillette, 39, of Milford was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on Oct. 10, 2020, on bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident at 121 S. Main St. Veillette has an active felony receiving stolen property charge out of Milford and was convicted on a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Milford in March. He has a number of other incidents in New Hampshire courts.

April A. Gardner, 32, of Concord was arrested on bench warrants at 3:56 a.m. on Oct. 9 after an incident on Pleasant Street near Hopkinton Road.

Rebecka Lynn Bean, 28, of Belmont was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on Oct. 7 on three felony sale of a controlled drug charges after an incident at Keach Park and possession of a controlled drug after an incident at the railroad tracks along Storrs Street. She was convicted on a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Concord in November 2019. Bean was also convicted on drug possession and breach charges in December 2014 out of Loudon.

Kathy Miller, 59, of Cranston, Rhode Island, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Oct. 5 on a felony unauthorized use of vehicle-$1,500+ after an incident at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Manchester Street. She was arraigned the next day and is due back in superior court on Jan. 26, 2021.

Michael Andrew Kelleher, born 1969, of Beverly, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on Oct. 3 on a driving under the influence charge and a driving on the sidewalk violation after an incident on North Main Street.

Devon W. Gregory, 26, of Concord was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on Oct. 3 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Stickney Avenue and a warrant after an incident at Shaw's on D'Amante Drive. He also has active drug possession and stolen property charges out of Bow in superior court. In December 2017, Gregory was convicted on felony criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges out of Nashua in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Darwin Maurico Bonilla-Garcia, 28, of Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 2 on two counts of forgery and two counts of theft by deception-$1,501+, all felonies, after an incident at the Merrimack County Savings Bank on Integra Drive. He is due back in superior court on Jan. 7, 2021.

Trevor Keene, 40, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 2:04 p.m. on Sept. 30 after an incident at the Fort Eddy Plaza. He is accused of failure to appear in superior court on Sept. 18 on burglary and theft charges out of Pittsfield from August. He also has an active case in Franklin.

Jackson Duane McFarlin, 25, of Penacook was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Sept. 11 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges after an incident on Fowler Street. In May, he pleaded guilty to burglary charges out of Tilton and that case has been reopened due to a probation violation accusation. He also has active drug possession charges out of Windham from July 2019.

Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Sept. 9 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident in the homeless camp behind the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.
