CONCORD, NH — Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord received a summons at 12:39 a.m. on April 12, 2020, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at the Gully Hill Shell gas station on Loudon Road.

Benjamin Ryan Garnham, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on April 10 on criminal mischief and four simple assault charges after an incident on Winsor Avenue.

Felicia Anna-Marie Farruggia, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 7:22 a.m. on April 6 on a warrant after an incident on Prescott Street.

Jackie Marcell Roberts, born 2000, was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:47 p.m. on March 30 after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. She also received a summons for receiving stolen property-less than $1,000.

Richard Nduwayezu, born 2001, of Nashua was arrested at 4:50 a.m. on March 28 on four bench warrants after an incident on Loudon Road.

April A. Gardner, born 1988, homeless in Concord was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on March 26 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Manchester Street Laundromat on Manchester Street.

Ashley M. Dustin, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on March 24 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident on Franklin Street.

Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on March 22 on simple assault, breach of bail, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested in the Hutchins and Bog Road area of the city.
