Massachusetts Man Indicted On Chichester Rape Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Bow woman accused of spitting in the face of a corrections officer; felon indicted on weapons, drug charges; Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jonathan Ricciardi, 35, of Pine Street in Manchester on a receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 1998 Toyota, owned by someone else, in Bow on March 1.
Hillary Riel, 33, of Hill Road in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 6 in Concord.

Kaedance Ringwald, 25, of River Road in Concord on a felony possession of meth charge on March 14 in Concord.
Michael Robinson, 31, of Bridge Street in Hillsboro on two counts of felon in possession-knives and felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and weapons in Bow on Nov. 18 2021.

Terrance Sleweon, 37, of Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen on an assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of grabbing a woman’s buttocks on April 7 inside the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen. Sleweon is in jail due to a first-degree assault case out of Bow where he was accused of stabbing a woman.
Raymond Stefanelli, 51, of Binton Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on May 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Patrick Stitt, 48, of Harvard Street in Manchester on a felony driving while certified a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on May 5 after being deemed a habitual offender by NH DMV.
Adrian Surun, 30, of Garden Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on three felonious sexual assault charges and a single count of endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, all felonies. He was accused of raping a child on Dec. 30, 2021, in Chichester.
Justin Swift, 39, of Birch Hill Road in New Durham on felony misuse of a computer or computer network information as well as official oppression, and records and certification charges. The former Ossipee police officer was accused of unauthorized use of the New Hampshire State Police database to look up a registration to benefit himself. Tiffany Trillo, 42, of River Road in Bow on driving while certified as a habitual offender, assault by prisoners-aggravated assault on a corrections staff member, and two counts of assault by prisoners, all felonies. She was accused of driving on River Road in Bow on April 3 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV. On April 4, she was accused of spitting in a corrections officer’s face and kicking another corrections officer in the knee at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on April 4.
