Bow Man Indicted On Attempted Homicide, Other Charges: Superior Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Derek J. Sikora, 38, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine on Sept. 8, 2021, in Concord.
Terrance Sleweon, 37, of Bog Brook Road in Bow on attempted homicide-offense committed while on release, first-degree assault-offense committed while on release, felon in possession-offense committed while on release, attempted first-degree assault-domestic violence, and attempted criminal threatening-offense committed while on release charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of stabbing a woman in the neck and threatening her in Bow on Nov. 28, 2021. Marion L. Smith, 46, of Highland Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Concord on July 14, 2021. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted twice on theft charges.
Tylor J. Soukone, 35, of Hemp Hill Road in Bristol on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Whitney Road in Concord on Dec. 23, 2021.

Raymond W. Sylvester, 76, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with police. Sylvester is a sex offender due to a rape conviction in Sullivan County in September 2007.
Clayton Svendberg, 29, of Josiah Barlett Road in Concord on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Nov. 18, 2021, in Concord.
Michael Tierney, 46, of Manchester Street in Concord on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, lorazepam, crack cocaine, and fentanyl-para-fluorofentanyl mix, charges on May 30, 2021, in Pittsfield.
Isaiah Thomas, 23, of Washington Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on robbery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of using force against two people to steal items from Target in Concord on April 20, 2020.
Stephon Thomas, 25, of Rochester, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused by police of strangling another man on Nov. 15, 2021, in Concord.
Eric M. Todd, 33, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 1, 2021, in Concord.
Roderick Urquhart, 36, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on Dec. 24, 2021, after being certified a habitual offender.
Shannon Utter, 43, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on four controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and gabapentin, charges on April 28, and Nov. 19, 2021, in Concord.
