Milford Woman Arrested On Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Frank Joseph Merrill, born 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2019, on a warrant. He was arrested on West Street in the South End.

Allison Rose Wormstead, born 1993, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 5, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Frank K. Labraney Jr., born 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Aug. 5, on a bench warrant at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on North State Street.

Halley M. Karlok, born 1993, of Milford, was arrested at 8:21 p.m. on Aug. 4, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident at Cheers on Depot Street.

Robert Ryan Ramalho, born 1992, of Tilton, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Aug. 4, on a bench warrant on Dubois Avenue.

Alexis C. St. Hilaire, born 1997, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on Aug. 4, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Dakota J. Robinson, born 1996, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 4, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

David Lawrence Perry, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Aug. 4, on a criminal mischief charge on Centre Street.
