Concord Man Indicted On Attempted Murder Charge: Roundup
Henniker man indicted on meth charge, Queen City man indicted for organized retail crime enterprise, and Loudon habitual offender indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Robert Ramalho, 25, lower right, of Blucher Street in Manchester, and Rachel Ribecca, 19, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, for felony organized retail crime enterprise. Between July 1, and Sept. 30, 2017, in Concord and Hooksett, they allegedly conspired with Nicholas Ramalho and/or Cody Loos to steal Dyson vacuums, fans, and other property from Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, and Walmart.
Paul Raymond, 52, of River Road in Loudon, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Route 3 in Pembroke on Aug. 18, 2017.

Casey Rollins, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, for felony criminal mischief. On July 25, 2017, in Concord, she allegedly scratched a Nissan Rogue own by others.

Lacey Roy, 23, of Baptist Road in Canterbury, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on May 22, 2017, in Hooksett.
Zachary H. Sanborn, 25, lower middle, of Hall Avenue in Henniker, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on March 12, 2017, in Pittsfield.
William Soler, 41, lower left, of Storrs Street in Concord, for attempted murder, attempted first-degree assault, and two counts of reckless conduct, all felonies. On Aug. 24, 2017, he allegedly tried to drive his vehicle into a man on South Main Street in Concord.
