Missing Sex Offender Subdued By K-9 In Nashua: Marshals
Ronald Duby Jr., a sex offender wanted on a failure to register charge, was reportedly bitten by a K-9 in an apartment on Chestnut Street.

CONCORD, NH — A sex offender wanted on another failure to register-duty to report as a sex offender charge was arrested in Nashua Thursday. Ronald Duby Jr., 46, was apprehended by Nashua police inside of an apartment on Chestnut Street, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.
Duby is a Tier III sex offender due to convictions of felony sexual assault with a victim under 16 and felony lewd-lascivious conduct with a child charges in Windsor County VT District Court. He was featured as the U.S. Marshals Task Force's fugitive of the week last week.
White said "numerous tips" were received after the publication of the task force notice, leading investigators to Nashua.

"During the arrest Duby refused to obey the commands of the police officers present and as a result, was subdued by a Police K-9," he said, adding that Duby was "bitten" by the dog. "This arrest was made possible by the tips received along with the hard work and collaboration of the Marshals Service and Nashua Police Department."
He was also a fugitive in 2017 on a duty to report charge, too. During that incident, he was arrested at a karaoke bar in Massachusetts.
