New Hampton Man Arrested on Gun, Threat Charges: Concord Police

CONCORD, NH — Heather E. Roehig, year of birth 1983, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2017, for theft, willful concealment, and receiving stolen property. She was arrested after an alleged incident at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Ronald Dutton, YOB 1984, of Main Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Jan. 13, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested at the Concord Coach bus depot.

Thomas P. Sevigny, YOB 1994, of Main Street in New Hampton, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Jan. 14, 2017, for reckless conduct, criminal threatening-use of a deadly weapon, use of firearm restrictions, and carrying a loaded handgun without a license. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Dylan J. Smith, YOB 1996, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2017, on three bench warrants and possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Robert L. Ranahan, YOB 1994, of Range Road in Epsom, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Jan. 14, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on East Side Drive.

Kayla L. Watson, YOB 1988, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2017, for theft, willful concealment, and receiving stolen property. She was arrested after an alleged incident at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Peter R. Keefer, YOB 1962, of Front Street in Lincoln, RI, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Patrick Gasore, YOB, 1996, of Loudon Road in Concord, received a summons at 1:10 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol after an alleged incident at the Chi Cha Hookah on Pleasant Street.

Jacob R. Abbott, YOB 1992, of Crestwood Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs, after an alleged incident on North Main Street near Domino’s Pizza.
