Alleged Drug Dealer, Escape Prisoners, Habitual Offenders, Others Indicted: Roundup

Man indicted for tearing down another man's building with an excavator, teen indicted for soliciting sexual video from a minor on Facebook.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jonathan Ellinger, 46, pictured left middle center, of Concord but incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking. Dale Clark, 43, pictured left middle center, of Concord but incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On May 7, 2016, Ellinger assisted Clark in stealing a 2015 GMC pickup truck from Hall Street in Concord.

Tony Freeman, 29, pictured lower left corner, of Plymouth but incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for operating after suspension, disobeying an officer, two counts of possession of drugs-methamphetamine, fentanyl, and two felony counts of possession of controlled drugs-methamphetamine, fentanyl. On Sept. 27, 2016, he was stopped on Village Street in Penacook and allegedly gave the officer a false name and birth date. Freeman was previously convicted of operating after revocation or suspension in Plymouth District Court in December 2010.

Seth Hall, 19, pictured lower middle, of Washington Street in Concord, for felony certain uses of computer services prohibited, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. On Feb. 28, 2016, he allegedly used Facebook Messenger to solicit and engage with a child for sexual activity. On March 8, 2016, he allegedly was in possession of a child sex video.

Dustin Hamilton, 29, pictured upper left, of Hartshorn Road in Barnstead, for felony accomplice to burglary, allegedly on May 17, 2016, on Curtisville Road in Concord, in concert with Jacob Marsh.

Christopher Hanley, 21, of Oak Street in Boscawen, for negligent driving, resisting arrest or detention, falsifying physical evidence, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, a felony. On July 11, 2016, he allegedly was looking at his cellphone and then crashed into another vehicle on Washington Street. When officers attempted to arrest him, he reportedly resisted and attempted to conceal his marijuana.

Nathan Hinse, 24, pictured upper middle, of Barnard Hill Road in Weare, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on May 6, 2016, in Bow.

Sarah Hodge, 55, of North State Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly from Speedway on North Main Street in Concord on July 24, 2016.

Trevor Hoyt, 21, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield, for operating after suspension, disobeying an officer, and felony reckless conduct. On Aug. 31, 2016, on Concord Road in Northfield, he was allegedly driving at a high rate of speed and crossed into the opposite lane, nearly colliding with another vehicle. Hoyt was convicted of operating after revocation or suspension in Franklin District Court in June 2015.

Jordan Ingram, 29, pictured upper right, of Grove Street in Franklin, for reckless conduct and criminal mischief, both felonies, on March 7, 2016, on Tannery Street in Franklin, for allegedly operating an excavator to tear down another person’s building.

Adam Jack, 26, pictured lower right, of Carroll Street in Pittsfield, on three felony counts of operating while deemed a habitual offender, allegedly on May 23, and June 15, 2016, in Pittsfield. He was deemed a habitual offender in October 2012.

Brandon Laclair, 26, pictured middle right, of Cressy Brook Road in Contoocook, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methamphetamine, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. The theft case stem from an alleged incident at Hannaford on Oct. 20, 2016, for returning coffee that he didn’t pay for in order to acquire a cash refund. Laclair was previously convicted in October 2009 in Merrimack County Superior Court for theft and willful concealment in Franklin District Court in May 2014. The drug charges stemmed from an alleged incident in Bow on Oct. 16, 2016.
