Concord Police Log: Man Accused Of Drug Dealing
Plus, woman charged with numerous counts of DWI, teen also busted for pot possession, and woman charged with meth possession.

Joshua S. Puckett, 25, pictured, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on July 23, 2015, and charged with four felony counts of sale of controlled drugs on Beacon Street on July 2, 2015, Washington Street on July 7, July 14, and July 17, 2015. Puckett was arrested at his home and is due in court on Sept. 7.

Michael Fortier, 29, of Clinton Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on July 19, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from June 4, 2015, at Radio Shack on Fort Eddy Road.

Evelyn D. Olivera Cordobes, 22, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on July 9, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Regional Drive for expired vehicle registration. He was arrested by New Hampshire State Police and is due in court on Aug. 24.
Garrett Jewell, 19, of Susan Lane in Concord, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on June 28, and possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. While on I-93 south near Exit 13, an officer noticed a Buick driving around 40 mph and swerving in the middle of the road. After “swerving violently” to make a correction, the vehicle was pulled over. The driver, Jewell, allegedly looked straight ahead and appeared to be avoiding eye contact. He reportedly stated he was “shocked” that he was pulled over and later said he was trying to get the GPS unit on his phone to work. The officer shifted his stance and alleged that Jewell had glossy red eyes but he denied drinking. After field sobriety tests, he was arrested. During an inventory of the vehicle, officers allegedly found a baggie of marijuana.

Sarah Rix, 27, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. on June 26, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to East Side Drive for a report of a heated dispute. When they arrive, they found sisters arguing as well as two men at the scene. During the argument, one party alleged that Rix pushed two people out the front door of the apartment and struck a man multiple times in the head and chest. Rix reportedly claimed that she was hit in the face. The officer noted red marks on her face, according to the report, but couldn’t determine if she was struck or not. She was later arrested.
Rhianna Frenette, 36, of Norris Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on June 26, for felony organized retail crime enterprise. She was charged at the Women’s State Prison in Goffstown where she was in custody on other charges.
David K. Best, 38, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on June 26, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for failure to pay attorney fees, $302.50 cash to settle, on a violation of a protective order charge. He was arrested at Concord Hospital.
Harikleia Athanasopoulos, 47, of Sawyers Crossing Drive in West Swanzey, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on June 26, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on I-93 south at the Exit 14 off-ramp. Her license was suspended on June 7, 2015, and registration suspended on May 23, 2015, for cancellation of insurance. She was convicted of being a habitual offender in March 2012 in Nashua District Court.
Jennifer A. Azzara, 31, of Longmeadow Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on June 25, for default or breach of bail conditions on Pitman Street earlier in the day.
Momkpokpo Amegnra, 23, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:11 a.m. on June 25, for two counts of driving while intoxicated, single counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated (second offense), and driving after revocation or suspension. While on South Main Street an officer saw a Jeep make a wide right turn from West Street onto South Main “so fast and wide that it appeared it was going to miss the two lanes of travel,” according to the report. The vehicle jerked toward the eastbound lane and then straddled the lines before correcting itself. The officer followed the vehicle and alleged that it was speeding and drifting between lanes. It was pulled over on Manchester Street. The operator, Amegnra, allegedly had red, glossy eyes, smelled like alcohol, and appeared anxious. When asked why he was driving without a license, he reportedly stated that he was heading to his brother’s house to celebrate and it was the only way, according to the report. After agreeing to perform field sobriety tests, he was arrested and allegedly “started to get combative” with the female officer. Once at headquarters, he allegedly staggered while standing and swayed to the side while walking to the booking area.
Paul E. Loukedes, 44, of South State Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on June 24, for two counts of criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to the address for a domestic with a woman claiming that a man assaulted her and broke a door. As they arrived, Loukedes was reportedly leaving and had a cloth over his arm and was bleeding. When asked what happened, he reportedly refused to speak about it because “everything always gets turned around.” He was asked to stay put while they investigated the matter. When they walked into the apartment, they found the glass window to a door broken and blood inside the door of the porch and residence. The officers found a woman and child upset and crying. The woman alleged that after time at the park, she was going to make a trip to the bank and Loukedes allegedly became upset. He allegedly took her sunglasses off and snapped them in half. She looked the door so he couldn’t get in and he allegedly smashed the glass on the door and entered. Loukedes then allegedly kicked her in the stomach causing her to fall down. The daughter shared similar information with the officer and Loukedes was arrested.
Jason W. McCormick, 38, of Manchester Street in Concord, received a summons at 2:27 p.m. on June 24, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle, for allegedly stepping into the street and accepting money at the Exit 14 southbound off-ramp. According to police, he had been warned and summoned several times before, so he was given another summons.
