Concord Police Log: Man Allegedly Caught on Video Assaulting Wife
Plus, Pittsfield teen picked up on breach charge; landlord allegedly grabs cop; Epsom woman charged with DWI.

Nathan Charron, 17, of Marshall Court in Pittsfield, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on March 5, 2015, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge from Oct. 15, 2014, on Borough Road, $360 cash to settle. He’s due in court on April 13.
Jonathan J. Cappucci, 20, of Graham Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on March 5, on a bench warrant. Police received a tip from the Concord Regional Crimeline that there might be a person wanted on an active warrant at Olive Garden. While heading to the area, the reporting officer saw a man at the McDonald’s Restaurant matching the description. The man, Cappucci, had an active warrant out of Franklin District Court from March 2, for failing to pay a speeding ticket, $142.17 cash to settle. He was arrested and refused bail.
Derek N. Milioto, 32, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on March 4, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges from Jan. 18, 2015, at the Rite Aid on South Street. Milioto was arrested by state police on the Concord warrant. He’s due in court on April 13.

Juan M. Batista III, 20, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on March 3, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to Thorndike Street for a domestic disturbance and while there, ran a check and Batista and found he had a warrant from November 2014, $719 cash to settle, so he was arrested.
Megan M. Abbott, 25, of Kelley Pond Road in New Hampton, was arrested at 5:07 a.m. on March 2, on a bench warrant for nonpayment of fines on a willful concealment charge, $447 cash to settle.

Kahla Coville, 25, of Goboro Road in Epsom, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Feb. 28, for driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension. Officers were sent to the Days Inn on South Main Street for a report of a motor vehicle crashing into a building. They made contact with Coville who reportedly struck a wall in a Dodge Durango. She allegedly stated that she was moving the vehicle for a friend and accidentally crashed into the wall. Coville, the officer alleged, smelled like alcohol and marijuana and was slurring her words. After a field sobriety test, she was arrested.
Christopher C. Clukay, 33, of Eel Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. on Feb. 27, on a bench warrant. Officers were sent to an apartment on Loudon Road for a report of an unconscious person who was not breathing. While there, they spoke to a woman and Clukay, who had reportedly passed out after hitting his head. The fire department medically cleared him but he had an active warrant for nonappearance in court on a driving while intoxicated charge and was arrested. He’s due in court on April 13.
Alicia L. Bresnahan, 34, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Feb. 26, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was also arrested at 10:27 p.m. on March 1, on two default or breach of bail conditions charges. Officers were sent to Old Suncook Road for a domestic disturbance, in the first incident. When they arrived, they spoke to a man who had “several scratches on his neck and face” that were “fresh and bleeding.” The man stated that he was coming from his girlfriend’s apartment and just wanted to leave. He added that he would not be pressing charges. Bresnahan was reportedly “crying uncontrollably and yelling” at the officer during their entire interaction and in doing so, woke up her children. When asked about the scratches, she allegedly denied touching the man. An officer spoke to a witness in the apartment who stated that he only heard yelling and didn’t see anything. Bresnahan was then arrested and is due in court on April 6. A few days later, officers were called to the home for a check on the welfare call for Bresnahan, who allegedly had been drinking and confronted her boyfriend, both a violation of her bail. She was arrested and held without bail.
Wilson Alvarado Jr., 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:44 p.m. on Feb. 25, on a criminal mischief charge from Nov. 22, 2014, on Fisherville Road. He’s due in court on April 6.
Jennifer L. Forbes, 27, of North Main Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 24, on a bench warrant for theft by unauthorized taking from Feb. 19, 2015.
Michael A. Barnes, 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Feb. 23, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension. An officer on Loudon Road saw a Ford Taurus with a rear brake light that wasn’t working. The vehicle was pulled over at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road. The driver, Barnes, had his license suspended in December 2014. The officer alleged that he smelled like alcohol and asked him to take a field sobriety test. He was later arrested.
Susan A. Curtis, 60, of Cheryl Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 22, on a simple assault charge. Officers were called to the home for a report of a disagreement between a landlord and a tenant. The landlord, Curtis, wanted a boarder in her home removed because she alleged she had created a guest account on her computer under her name. The tenant denied the allegation. Earlier in the day, the two began arguing about the issue and reportedly got into a scuffle. While speaking with police, Curtis reportedly took a call and asked police to leave. The officer stated that they weren’t leaving until they got to the bottom of the incident and Curtis reportedly asked them to leave again. When officers didn’t, Curtis allegedly walked toward the officers and grabbed one of them by the arm and attempted to push her out of the way. She was arrested and is due in court on April 6.
Mwamba Kizungu, 28, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on Feb. 21, on two counts of simple assault and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to apartment on Fisherville Road for a domestic incident. Kizungu alleged that he and his wife had a “family problem” so he left for a few minutes but she allegedly wouldn’t let him back into the apartment. Officers spoke with the woman who was crying and pointed to injuries on her arm and neck. The officers spoke to witnesses and despite the language barrier, were able to find out that one of them had used her cellphone to record video of the incident. The officer watched the video and alleged that Kizungu grabbed the woman, put his arm around her neck, and held her for about five seconds. He allegedly pushed her to the floor and kicked her. Kizungu was then arrested while Concord Fire and Rescue teams transported the woman to the hospital. He’s due in court on April 6.
Sean M. Dashnaw, 24, of South Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 21, on a warrant. Officers were sent to the apartment for a report of a domestic dispute that was “getting out of hand.” Officers spoke to two people in the home and one, Dashnaw, had an active warrant for failure to appear on a conduct after an accident charge and was arrested. He’s due in court on April 6.
Brian S. Demeritt, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 18, on and attempted theft by unauthorized taking felony charge as well as criminal trespass and a bench warrant. Officers were sent to Pillsbury Street for a report of a man caught going through vehicles with another man restraining him. When they arrived, they found Demeritt being held down on the ground by another man and scattered change on the ground. The man stated that he had come out of the building and saw the interior light of his BMW on. When he got to the vehicle, he saw Demeritt allegedly in the front seat. He told him to get out of the vehicle and Demeritt allegedly refused. So the man pulled him out and restrained him on the ground. “Demeritt told me he was looking for someplace to stay,” the officer alleged. “I asked why he was looking here and he would not answer.” Later, he reportedly stated that he was looking for an abandoned vehicle to sleep in. Demeritt had an active warrant and was arrested and held without bail.
Shane M. Vannest, 25, of Liberty Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on Feb. 18, for felony penalties; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs from Feb. 2, 2015. According to a court affidavit, officers were called to Rollins Street for a double drug overdose report on Feb. 2. Concord Fire and Rescue teams revived the individuals with Narcan. One of the officers recognized one of the individuals, Vannest, from previous encounters. The officers went to the hospital and questioned Vannest and he allegedly stated that it was his first time using heroin and a friend “gave” it to him. He was taken into protective custody later because he reportedly blew a 0.269 on the Breathalyzer and was medically cleared by the hospital. During a pat down, an officer allegedly found a Zip lock bag with a brown, powdery substance that was later tested presumptive positive for heroin/opiates. An affidavit was issued later that tday. Vannest was arrested on North State Street at the probation office.
Richard L. LeBlanc, 63, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. on Feb. 18, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Loudon Road. The officer reportedly checked a GMC Jimmy and found that the owner had a suspended license and registration from October 2014. The vehicle was pulled over and LeBlanc was arrested. He’s due in court on March 30.
