State Troopers Arrest NH Man on Fourth DUI, Gun, Other Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Troop B

Jarrid Ayotte, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for DUI-impairment. He was arrested on the northbound side of the Everett Turnpike near Exit 6 in Nashua.

Jesse O’Mara, 22, of Deerfield, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for DUI-impairment. He was arrested on Bridge Street in Manchester.

Maria Montanez, 39, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, less than a half an ounce. She was arrested on the RW Drive off the Everett Turnpike in Bedford.

Joshua Knowlton, 42, of Salem, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension.

John Sullivan, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for endangering the welfare of a child, domestic violence-reckless conduct, criminal mischief, and three counts domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after a traffic stop on the Everett Turnpike South.

Rogelio Munguia Hernandez, age unknown, of Nashua, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for operating without a valid license after a stop on East Dunstable Road at Philips in Nashua.

Roberto Torres, 36, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for DUI-impairment, possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension, and speeding (11-15 mph over 65 mph limit). He was stopped on I-93 North in Windham.

Troop C

Melissa Nelson, 32, of Keene, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for DUI-impairment on Base Hill Road in Swanzey.

Brittany Chambers Clough, 19, of North Walpole, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for transporting drugs in motor vehicle, stop signs, and yield signs, on Route 12 in Walpole.

Raechel Bennett, 40, of Nelson, was arrested at 3:53 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and speeding (21-25 miles per hour over 55 limit) on Route 9 in Nelson.

Jordan Chapman, 29, of Swanzey, was arrested at 8:31 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for operating after suspension on Route 10 in Keene.

Ty Scranton, 21, of Claremont, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for aggravated DUI (0.16+) on the New Hampshire Turnpike in Unity.

Dana Gibson, 59, of Alstead, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for DUI greater than 0.05 and DUI on Route 12A in Alstead.

John Murdock, 53, of Munsonville, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, DUI-impairment fourth charge, possession controlled drug: schedule 1-4, operating after certified as habitual offender, falsify physical evidence alter, and handguns carrying without a license on Route 9 in Roxbury.

Brittany Vivlamore, 27, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for DUI (greater than 0.08), driving after revocation/suspension, and stop/Stand/Park Prohibited She was arrested on I-89 southbound near Exit 13 in Grantham.

Bobbie Bennett, 35, of Charlestown, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, subsequent, on Route 103 in Newport.

Marcus Stuart, 44, of Alstead, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for DUI-second or third, on Barnett Hill Road in Alstead.

Zachary Lusardi, 19, of Somers, CT, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for transportation of alcohol by a minor. Also arrested was Michael Downing, 19, of Plaistow, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. They were arrested on Route 10 in Swanzey.

Travis Franklin-Tonini, 19, of Claremont, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for operating after suspension-subsequent. He was arrested at Walmart in Claremont.

Joseph Lallo, 42, of Claremont, was arrested at 7:40 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 11 in Newport.

Troop D

Christopher Mercier, 36, of Wilmot, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested at Shindagan Road in Wilmot.

Jennifer Harding, 37, of Barnstead, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on I-93 North near Exit 12.

Gina Torento, 29, of Salem, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration. She was arrested on I-93 Southbound near Exit 12.

Logan Marschner, 21, of Nassau, NY, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, on I-89 Northbound in Sunapee for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Dylan Baer, 21, of Webster, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested at NHTI in Concord.

Jeremy Thompson, 26, of Andover, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and loitering or prowling. He was arrested on Morrill Hill Road in Andover.

James Szepanski, 52, of Tilton, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. He was arrested on Watts Access Road in Franklin.

Troop E

Kerri Guay, 30, of Wolfeboro, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of controlled drug-heroin, crack, less than 1 gram. She was arrested on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Michael Emond, 44, of Laconia, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for DUI-impairment on Route 106 in Belmont.

Ambrosia Vinning, 22, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Jennifer Schiavone, unknown age, of Conway was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, subsequent, and suspension of vehicle, on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Dylan Knox, 23, of Kennebunk, ME, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, open container, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. He was arrested on Route 153 in Conway.

Dana Smiledge, 69, of Seabrook, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for DUI-impairment and open container on Route 16 in Wontons.

Jeffrey Weatherbee, 43, of Moultonboro, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for uninspected vehicle and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Route 25 in Meredith.

Scott Proctor, 46, of Bridgeton, ME, was arrested at 2:02 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on East Conway Road.

Tasha Jones, 32, of Tamworth, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for DUI-impairment on Page Hill Road.

Shawn Murphy, of Halifax, MA, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of marijuana. Also arrested was Marshall Cook, 19, of Warwick, RI, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and transportation of alcohol by a minor and Andrew Elliott-Smith, of Halifax, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. They were arrested on Route 16 in Albany.

Troop F

Joseph Luna, 19, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug in Carroll.

Salvador Huerta, 31, of Franconia, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for operating after suspension in Franconia.

Shannon Cote, 23, of Lancaster, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug in Ashland.

John Harrington, 49, of Landaff, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for criminal threatening.

Peter Cogliano, 20, of Lunenburg, VT, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug in Franconia.

Tommy Ferren, 32, of Groveton, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 22, 2016, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested in Stewartstown.

Jason Davidson, 32, of Woodsville, was arrested on a warrant at 11:47 a.m. on Nov. 22, 2016.

Luke Heal, 32, of Meredith, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug in Franconia.

Cody McPherson, 21, of Northfield, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled drug in Ashland.

Thyme Farrington, 20, of Marlborough, MA, was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor in Ashland.

Jeme Aguilar, 20, of Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor in Ashland.

Joseph Herrick, 28, of Portland, ME, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for driving while intoxicated.
