Thanksgiving Impairment Enforcement Leads To 23 Arrests: New Hampshire Trooper Roundup

Plus: 2 men were arrested, accused of using fraudulent documents to obtain NH IDs, and blotters around the state.

CONCORD, NH — An enforcement effort during the Thanksgiving weekend on the Seacoast led to dozens of arrests and summonses as well as hundreds of warnings and vehicles stopped, according to state safety officials.

Between Nov. 22 and Nov. 26, 23 people were arrested on various charges, including drunken driving, speeding, reckless driving, warrants, and other violations, while another 53 summonses were also issued. State officials aid 446 vehicles were stopped by police and troopers while 406 warnings were issued, too.

Tyler Dumont, a public information officer for the highway safety office, said the above results were “due to a collaborative effort to keep New Hampshire’s roadways safe.” Along with state police, law enforcement from Brentwood, East Kingston, Exeter, Fremont, Greenland, Hampton, Newmarket, North Hampton, Portsmouth, and Stratham all participated in the enforcement effort.

Fake Docs For IDs: NHSP

Two men were arrested, accused by New Hampshire State Police of attempting to obtain identification with fraudulent documents in Nashua.

On Nov. 29, Sai Snehith Rachamalla, 22, of Nashua and Lakshmi Nagaraju Gogula, 23, of Nashua was arrested by Troop G troopers on charges. In Gogula’s case, investigators accused him of submitting fraudulent documents at the Nashua DMV to obtain a license. After an investigation, he was arrested on a tampering with public records or information charge. Rachamalla, Amber Lagace, a public information officer for the state police, was accused of submitting fraudulent documents to obtain a non-driver ID. After being investigated, he, too, was arrested.

Both Gogula and Rachamalla will be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Feb. 14, 2024.

Dylan Thomas Menslage, 19, of Londonderry was arrested at 3:09 a.m. on Nov. 16 on a driving under the influence charge and an unlawful possession-intoxication violation in Bedford.

Jeremy Joseph Caggiano, 21, of Dracut, MA, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Nov. 16 on aggravated driving under the influence-30-plus mph, DUI, reckless operation, and negligent driving charges as well as a lane control violation in Manchester.

Shavon Crystal Lee Calvert, 39, of Manchester was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:57 p.m. on Nov. 14 in Bedford.

Sarah Lafond, 34, of Nashua was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Nov. 13 on transport drugs in motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges as well as fail to maintain minimum speed violation in Bedford.

Alvaro I. Molina-Tomala, 34, of Manchester was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a reckless operation charge in Merrimack.

Alessandro Sabino Da Silva, 42, of Westborough, MA, was arrested at 6:29 a.m. on Nov. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge in Warner.

Nathan Michael Provencher, 24, of Manchester was arrested at 4:07 a.m. on Nov. 19 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving under the influence charges in Concord.

Holli C. Cloutier, 23, of Litchfield was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Nov. 19 on aggravated driving under the influence-30-plus mph, DUI, and reckless operation charges as well as an open container violation in Concord.

Alexander Whitehead, 25, of Hooksett was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Nov. 18 on possession of a controlled drug, DUI, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges as well as a failure to dim lights violation in Concord.

Shawn M. Mooney, 35, of Canaan was arrested at 9 a.m. on Nov. 16 on a disobeying an officer charge as well as abandoning a vehicle and uninspected vehicle violations in Grafton.

Ryan M. Decato, 34, of Center Harbor was arrested at 12:54 a.m. on Nov. 15 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and two possession of controlled drug charges as well as a warrant in Hill.

Marissa R. Neal, 25, of Manchester was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 15 on driving under the influence and resisting arrest or detention charges in Concord.

Sunisa Karntakosol, 46, of Plymouth was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on Nov. 14 on a warrant.

John King, 57, of Nottingham was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Nov. 14 on a theft of services-less than $1,000 charge in Northwood.

Carlos Vinicio Jarama-Pintado, 32, of Brockton, MA, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on Nov. 13 on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge in Bow.

Evan Teffer, 18, of Manchester was arrested on a warrant and an arrest prior to requisition warrant at 1:27 p.m. on Nov. 13 in Hooksett.
