Police: A homeless man charged three times in two weeks and a woman allegedly fails to appear for controlled drug act charge.

CONCORD, NH - Patrick S. Walsh, 56, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on April 27, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to Marshalls on Storrs Street for a report of a man passed out in front of the store. The officer saw the man – Walsh – “sitting with his head to the side” and “appeared to be passed out,” according to police. It took the officer a couple of minutes taping on his boot in order to wake him up, according to an arrest report. Walsh was allegedly intoxicated and was taken in to protective custody. Walsh, according to the report, allegedly threatened to use the officer’s gun to shoot them both and said he wasn’t going to cooperate. “Walsh was dead weight as we lifted him up,” the report alleged. “Walsh was extremely vocal and loud at the scene, calling (one of the officers names) over and over again.” He was then arrested and held without bail.
