Webster Man Arrested On Burglary Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Roshan Darjee, 21, of Canton Circle in Concord was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on July 5 on two criminal mischief charges. Police were sent to the Morning Star Condominium complex on Loudon Road at around 10:45 p.m. on July 4 for a report of a disturbance. A caller reported a possible fight with dozens of people involved at the complex. When police arrived, they did not find a fight but several witnesses said a vehicle, a Hyundai Sonata, had been damaged during the melee. Police spoke with the owner, who accused Darjee of damaging the windshield of his vehicle during an argument while at a funeral gathering inside an apartment at the building. A witness also accused Darjee of jumping on the vehicle and shattering the windshield. Officers took the report and cleared the area. Later, they returned to the complex for a report that some of the people from the previous incident had returned. Now, a tired had been slashed, according to an affidavit. A witness claimed Darjee slashed the tire and took a video of the incident, the report stated. The officer eyed the video and then went to speak to Darjee. The officer stated in the affidavit that Darjee was wearing the same clothes as the man in the video. At first, Darjee denied slashing the tire but later, admitted he had, with a corkscrew, to another officer, the affidavit said. Darjee was arrested and held without bail.

Kevin Perley Cheever, born 1961, of Pembroke was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on July 2 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Chasity L. Pellerin, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on July 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Megan Douillette, born 1979, of Concord received a summons at 11:21 p.m. on June 28 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Shawn McKenney, 31, of Tilton was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on June 28 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Concord Crew Boat House on Loudon Road.

Brittany Sue Barreto, born 1995, of Pittsfield was arrested at 4:49 a.m. on June 27 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Crestwood Drive.

Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on June 26 on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges after an incident on Concord Street.

Terince A. Belanger, 35 of Rochester was arrested at 2:24 p.m. on June 23 on driving under the influence and driving after revocation or suspension-second offense charges after an incident at 24 Loudon Road.

David William Handt, 60, of Concord was arrested at 11:42 a.m. on June 22 on two felony sex offender registration; knowing failure to comply charges at police headquarters. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Aug. 19. Handt is a sex offender due to a rape conviction in September 1992 out of Grafton County from September 1991.

Christina M. Kryzynowek, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on June 13 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 125 Loudon Road.

Joseph N. Donisi, 43, of Webster was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on June 12 on a felony burglary charge as well as possession of burglary tools and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Schnitzer on Sandquist Street. He is due in superior court for a dispositional conference on Aug. 16. Donisi was accused of robbery in Concord in January 2018 but the charges were later nolle prossed. He has active cases out of Webster from March 2020 on drug possession, criminal threatening, reckless conduct, and other charges, and June 2020 on drug possession and reckless operation charges.

Scott R. Hall, born 1993, of Penacook received a summons at 6:45 p.m. on April 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 47 Fisherville Road.

Eric Duncan Chaplin, 71, of Concord was arrested on a felony registration of online identifiers charge at 9:15 a.m. on April 17 at police headquarters. Merrimack County Superior Court also lists him as having an active felony sex offender registration charge. Both were from October 2020. Chaplin was convicted on multiple rape charges in November 1998 out of Manchester from December 1997. He is due back in court for arraignment on Aug. 27.
