Concord Felon Indicted On Knife Assault, Evidence Charges: Court
Plus: Manchester man indicted on DWI charges after crash; man indicted on reckless conduct charges in Henniker; drug possession indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently on charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michael A. Davis, 52, homeless in Concord on attempt to purchase methamphetamine and duty to report charges, both felonies. He is accused of working with Geoffrey Sundgren in acquiring the drug allegedly from Aaron Franklin on Jan. 31, 2019, in Concord. Davis is also accused of not checking in with Concord police by Dec. 31, 2019, due to being a sex offender. He was convicted of indecent exposure and lewdness in Hillsborough County in 2005.
Jesse J. Deflorio, 28, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen at the time of the indictment, on second-degree assault, felon in possession, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He is accused of cutting a woman with a knife on Oct. 14 in Concord and then hiding the knife. Deflorio was convicted on reckless conduct-deadly weapons charges out of Boscawen in 2018 and has an active violation of parole or probation accusation in superior court.

Michael Depont, 38, of Scott Avenue in Seabrook on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge in Bow on July 27.
Joseph Donisi, 42, of Franklin Pierce Drive in Webster on five controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, all felonies. He is accused of possession meth and buprenorphine on March 20 and June 25 in Webster.

Andrew Doucet, 30, Robin Road in Concord on two felony reckless conduct charges. He is accused of driving at more than 100 mph and passing vehicles on Sept. 12 in Henniker with a passenger in his vehicle.
Gonzalo Dudok Capdevila, 22, of Bedford Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 1in Hooksett.
Nicholas Fletcher, 21, of Loudon Road in Pittsfield on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 30 in Concord.
Sarah Foote, 36, homeless in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 18 in Franklin.
Amanda Fortin, 37, homeless in Franklin on a felony possession of meth charge on June 18 in Franklin. She was arrested last year on carjacking charges and blamed aliens for controlling her for the crimes.
April A. Gardner, 32, of Portsmouth Street in Concord on four felony delivery of articles prohibited charges. She is accused of being in possession of fentanyl, meth, oxycodone, and an oxycodone-meth mix while being housed in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Aug. 25.
Toni Gardner, 34, of Route 4 in Enfield on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. She is accused of being in possession of fentanyl, crack cocaine contained within a pipe, and heroin while on Interstate 89 in Sutton on June 25, while previously convicted on charges.
Philip Matthew Geiger, 39, of Central Street in Manchester on second degree assault, reckless conduct, and four counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, all felonies. He is accused of driving on Interstate 93 south in Hooksett in a reckless and dangerous manner and then, crashing causing major injuries to himself and a passenger on Feb. 24, 2019.
