Habitual Offender Arrested On DWI Charge Again: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 8:19 a.m. on March 20, 2020, on disorderly conduct and breach of bail charges after an incident on Rex Drive.

Haleigh I. Picard, born 1998, of Pembroke received a summons at 3:38 p.m. on March 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Nichole Mercier, born 1982, of Concord was arrested on a simple assault charge at 11:21 a.m. on March 14 after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Jeewan Dhital, pictured, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on March 13 on felony habitual offender, driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled drug, and taking without owner's consent. Also arrested on two bench warrants was John Joshua Jellue, born 1996, of Concord. They were after an incident on Centre Street.

John Allen Bousquet, born 1964, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:15 p.m. on March 13 after an incident at the Penacook Village Laundromat on Village Street.

Amy Lynn Dansereau, born 1970, of Concord was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on March 12 on a simple assault charge. She was arrested after an incident on Manchester Street.

Ryan R. Emmett, 41, of Buck Street in Pembroke was arrested at 6:18 a.m. on March 11 on six bench warrants at the New Hampshire State Police barracks on Iron Works Road and two counts of simple assault after an incident near the Everett Arena on Loudon Road. According to an affidavit, around 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, officers were sent to Penacook Street for a disturbance call where a woman could be heard screaming, "No, get out," on a 911 hang up call. The woman accused Emmett of grabbing her cell phone while parked at a light near the arena, and later, "sucker punched" her, when she tried to get the phone back. She said the argument started when she requested to be brought home instead of sleeping in the vehicle, the report said. Later, on Penacook Street, the woman asked a friend to let her in, which she did, and that woman called 911 after stating she heard Emmett arguing with the woman. A warrant was issued for Emmett's arrest.

Justin Michael Sorrenty, born 1983, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 11 a.m. on March 10 in the area of Garvins Falls Road.

Michael J. Grass, born 1985, of Pembroke was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on March 8 on felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior convictions and a breach of bail charge after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive.
