Webster Man Arrested On DWI And Drug Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Abdallah Juma, born 1999, of Manchester, received a summons at 1:57 a.m. on July 23, 2019, on an operating without a valid license charges on Loudon Road.

Kevin Donald Muzzey, born 1968, of Webster, pictured, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. on July 22, on driving while intoxicated and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charge. Also arrested was Pamela Lee Muzzey, born 1964, of Webster, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug. They were arrested at Speedway on Hall Street.

Michael J. Grass, born 1985, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on July 19, on a criminal mischief charge on Village Street.

Tyler Decosta, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on July 16, on three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and two counts of simple assault after an incident on Alice Drive.

Daniel Charles Stevens, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on July 15, 2019, on disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.

Elwin Albert Moses, born 1959, unknown address, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on July 15, on two warrants at the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street.
