Accused Drug Dealers Indicted In Rockingham County: Roundup

Plus: Newmarket man indicted on strangling charge; Nashua felon indicted on gun charge; and accused Derry drug enterprise leader indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Ivan Reyes, 24, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge, a Taurus 9mm handgun, on June 1, 2019, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of felony receiving stolen property in Chelsea District Court.

William A. Roderick, 31, pictured lower right, of Boyd Road in Derry, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, clonazepam charges on Aug. 1 in Derry.

Jeremiah Rubera, 43, of Park Street in Exeter, on delivery of articles prohibited-buprenorphine and possession of a controlled drug-buprenorphine charges, both felonies, while being held at a country correctional facility in Brentwood on April 4.

Alexander Ruggiero, 29, upper right, of Cohas Terrace in Londonderry, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine, lorazepam on July 26 in Salem.

Charles E. Ryan, 21, of Exeter Street in Newmarket, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling an intimate partner in Newmarket on July 15.

Kenneth Jake Scribner, 26, of Atlantic Drive in Portland, Maine, on burglary, receiving stolen property, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. He's accused of burglarizing a garage on Main Street in Hampstead on April 9 and then selling golf clubs, a leaf blower, and snowblower in Plaistow later that day. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice before.

Jacob Shatney, 20, lower left, of Tracy Drive in Derry, on possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He's accused of being "aided by or in concert with Kameron Simoneau and Jason Simoneau" of stealing a Colt rifle and possessing less than ounce of marijuana to sell on Sept. 23, 2018, in Derry.

Jason Simoneau, 44, of Tracy Drive in Derry, on possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He's accused of being "aided by or in concert with Kameron Simoneau and Jacob Shatney " of stealing a Colt rifle, credit cards, and possessing less than ounce of marijuana to sell on Sept. 23, 2018, in Derry.

Kameron Simoneau, 21, lower center, of Tracy Drive in Derry, on drug enterprise leader, growing/manufacturing marijuana, and two possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, alprazolam with intent to distribute charges. The charges stem from incidents between Sept. 1 and Sept. 23, 2018.

Joseph E. Slack, 30, of Route 5 of East Thetford, Vermont, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge on or about July 15 or July 16 in Salem.

Eric G. Snow, 57, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentany and heroin with intent to sell or dispense charge on June 20 in Seabrook.
